Tropical House León is a private, air-conditioned 2-level home with a new private plunge pool, hammock patio, tiki bar, and big upstairs lounge with bar setup. All sleeping areas for up to 10 ppl and the main lounge are fully air-conditioned, with strong WiFi, backup water tanks, and easy access to León’s best spots.
This is an ideal stay for friends & families who want privacy, style, and a cool, restful escape day & night.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a stylish entranceway that sets the tone for the home’s minimalist luxury design. On this main level, the first air-conditioned bedroom is located near the entrance, offering a comfortable and practical sleeping space. Just before the hallway, there is a convenient half bathroom.
Down the hallway, the home opens into a bright and inviting social zone that connects seamlessly to the backyard. This area features a landscaped pathway with plants on both sides, leading to the hammock area and continuing to the tiki-style bar and fully equipped kitchen at the back of the property, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow ideal for relaxing or gathering together.
The backyard now includes a private plunge pool, designed for cooling off during León’s warm days and relaxing in the evening after exploring the city.
Also on the main level is the primary air-conditioned bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located nearby, making the main level especially comfortable for larger groups. In total, the main floor offers two and a half bathrooms.
The upper level features a spacious, air-conditioned lounge and social area with a relaxed bar-style setup, tables, seating areas, and a thoughtfully designed separation piece that includes clothing storage and hanging space. This level functions as a flexible social and sleeping area, making it ideal for groups travelling together.
For comfort in León’s warm climate, all bedrooms and the main lounge areas are fully air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and restful stay day and night.

We’ve set the home up to be smooth and self-explanatory, with a printed Welcome Book in English and Spanish and QR codes throughout the property that link to quick videos (usually under a minute) showing how to use key features like the water system and TVs/streaming.

We chose this area because it’s practical, central, and easy for guests. The home is located directly in front of Banpro Sutiaba near a major intersection, which is well-lit, active, and simple to access.
Within a short walk you’ll find supermarkets (including Pali), pharmacies, bakeries, cafeterias, local restaurants, and ATM/bank services. It’s a convenient base for exploring León, and the beach is about a 30-minute drive away.
