Welcome to Seaside Serenity, a spectacular 5-bedroom, 3-bath home that boasts stunning ocean views throughout, as well as direct beach access via a private boardwalk that is just steps away.
The open plan living area on the main level features plenty of windows, which showcase the beach and the ocean beyond it, as well as allowing for brilliant light to flow into the home.
The stylish and well-equipped kitchen on this floor offers plenty of counter space for meal preparation, stainless steel appliances, as well as a breakfast bar that seats four.
There are two dining tables off the kitchen, each of which seats six. Here, guests can enjoy their meals with a view!
The spacious living room on this level is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, additional seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to an expansive porch that overlooks the beach and the ocean.
The multilevel back deck is the ideal place to kick back and relax while taking in the spectacular views or cooking up dinner al fresco on the propane grill.
After a busy day basking in the sun, guests can get some much-needed rest in one of five, comfortable bedrooms:
There is one guest bedroom on the main floor that comes replete with two twin beds, along with a flat-screen TV with a shared bath with a walkin shower.
On the second floor, you will find the remaining four bedrooms, as well as another spacious living area that features foosball and ping pong tables, a large sofa, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Access to the second-floor deck equipped with Adirondack chairs and ocean views for days is located off the living area.
The primary bedroom is located on this level. It features a king-sized bed, with an en-suite bath with shower and dual vanity.
The second guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with ocean views and shares the bathroom with a shower and dual vanity with the primary bedroom.
A second queen-sized bedroom on this floor shares a hall bathroom with a shower and stand-alone tub with the bunk room—perfect for the kiddos in your party.
Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball court.
