Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo’s location and cleanliness! We’re so sorry your stay coincided with the busy Slammedenuff weekend — we understand how frustrating that traffic and noise can be. Unfortunately, events like that are outside of our control, but we truly appreciate your understanding and hope it won’t deter you from staying with us again in the future. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for a quieter, more relaxing visit!

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the shower and cleanliness. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We appreciate you taking the time to address the drain, though we’re sorry you had to deal with that during your stay. Your comments about the mirror and water flow are very helpful, and we’ll be addressing these items promptly with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re glad to hear everything else was okay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve for future guests.
