Lake Sparrow is a stunning ten-bedroom lakeside guest house that can accommodate up to 30 guests. Enjoy outdoor lakeside activities in winter and summer, and explore the beautiful Muskoka region!

Our lake house features a large indoor space perfect for weddings, events, family reunions, company retreats, and more. The house has a fireplace, hot tub, sauna, game room, and a spacious living room where everyone can gather and enjoy activities for all ages.

Lake Sparrow boasts 10 bedrooms for up to 30 guests. The rooms are all located on the second floor, and each one has an ensuite bathroom and separate entrance via the balcony.
We have an on-site manager who will be assisting you.

Guests have complete access to lakeside grounds, as well as to many shared spaces and amenities within the guest house.

Lake Sparrow is a family-run guest house. We or our manager will be on-site to help you with your needs!

Our property spans 1 acre land. The guests have access to 3/4 of the land, while the remaining 1/4 is reserved for the owner or manager. The property line is clearly marked with notices.

This property is zoned for commercial use, and city bylaws and insurance requirements mandate that an owner or manager must be on-site for commercial properties accommodating more than 30 people. We have hired a manager named Reggie, who will be available to assist you with any needs. His unit has a separate entrance, and he will only assist you upon request.

Additionally, please note that the city enforces a noise ordinance from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Friday through Sunday and Monday to Thursday between 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day. hat means that during these hours you are not allowed to make any noise that is heard out of the building and disturb the neighbors, even if you only listen to music inside the dwelling.
