Excellent hosts. Great, fast communication, house was clean and truly cozy. Hot tub was a nice feature and clean also! It was a nice quiet location but still close to everything in Brazil. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway. Booking again!

The three of us had an amazing time. The place had everything we needed and more right down to shampoo and conditioner if you forgot it. We felt at home our entire stay. We’ll all be back for sure.

We enjoyed a relaxing two nights the Kozy Kove for our 26th anniversary. We loved the "just right" size of the place and enjoyed a walk in the evening at Forest Park and eating at some of the local restaurants in Brazil. The one neighbor dog's curiosity was a little annoying the first day. Peaceful place, good place to turn off the alarm and relax. We would be happy to come back to the Kozy Kove.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Charming, comfortable cottage! Able to bring dogs was a big plus and close to Terre Haute. Decimated coming back!

Overall was a great stay. Was a little rocky at check in but wasn’t a big deal and things happen. Home was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was a huge plus and very nice. Biggest complaint was a loose dog that kept coming onto the property and barking. One night the dog was right outside the bedroom window barking in the middle of the night between 3-4am. The random dog is out of the owners control but that’s why I didn’t put 5 stars. The home and location itself were great!

It was the dirtiest house on the planet! I took pics it was so bad. The extra sheets for the pull out bed were dirty and balled up. There were towels in the closet with stains on them and they felt wet. Dust everywhere and there was not even enough bed to sleep on and so the description on this site lied. It was just terrible.
Look at the dust on this fan. Our bed was right below it.
Dirt everywhere.
More disgusting dirt.

After traveling across the country, we looked forward to resetting and relaxing and celebrating thanksgiving as a family. Aside from cosmetic things like dog hair covering the couch, thick films of dust on the fans, etc. There were some serious safety factors that had us concerned. The floors were dramatically sagging and when anyone would walk around you could feel the whole floor shake. The kids room did not close and the master door had large gaps above and below. The door by the hot tub did not have any handle on it, so to open it from the outside you had to stick your finger into the sharp hole and pull it. I do not understand how the ratings are so high, but I couldn't stomach not saying something and someone end up getting seriously hurt.
