Ya sea que esté buscando una vista relajante desde cualquiera de las amplias cubiertas mientras lee un buen libro o si prefiere un poco más de acción en el agua, esta acogedora cabaña situada a lo largo del lago Keuka del lado este, a solo 5 millas al sur de Penn Yan se adaptará a sus necesidades de vacaciones.

Si le gusta disfrutar de un poco de ejercicio durante su estadía, la cabaña se encuentra en una calle tranquila que es perfecta para un paseo en bicicleta, caminar o trotar.

El piso principal de la cabaña consta de un área abierta de comedor / sala de estar con televisión, chimenea de gas, sofá cama, futón de tamaño completo, área de bar con una hermosa vista del lago y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6. También en la planta principal hay una cocina pequeña pero totalmente equipada, 1 habitación pequeña con cama doble y un baño con ducha. El nivel inferior es la suite principal, o familiar, con una cama queen size, literas gemelas y un baño de buen tamaño con ducha. Ambos niveles tienen acceso a una de las cubiertas exteriores.

La cubierta superior, fuera del piso principal, tiene hermosas vistas del lago y hermosas puestas de sol. Muchas sillas de jardín, una mesa de picnic y una parrilla de gas hacen de este un excelente lugar para pasar el rato a la hora de la cena. Esta cubierta también tiene un excelente sol de la tarde para aquellos que buscan tomar el sol.

La cubierta inferior está cubierta, tiene sombrillas y también tiene muchos asientos con varios sillones y un juego de patio. Ideal para cuando necesita salir del sol o la lluvia o simplemente buscar un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de su café matutino.

Los 65 'de frente al lago son perfectos para nadar, pescar en el muelle o salir al agua en su bote. Atraca tu bote a solo unos pasos de la casa. Los pasos del malecón conducen directamente a las aguas poco profundas, lo que lo hace perfecto para los niños (¡y adultos!) ir a nadar justo en frente de la casa. Un pozo de fuego también se encuentra a lo largo del malecón para asar malvaviscos y disfrutar de las luces nocturnas alrededor del lago. También se proporcionan un bote de remos, 2 kayaks, chalecos salvavidas y juguetes acuáticos.

Esta propiedad también está en la ciudad de agua y alcantarillado. No es necesario tratar con problemas de agua séptica, de pozo o de lago.

Perfect location

We have stayed on Kueka at various VRBO's for the past several years. This location is perfect for a run into Penn Yan or a quiet walk along East Lake road. The house was clean and well appointed. It so nice when Kayaks and basic water toys come with the rental unit

Vacation.

This was our second time staying here. Place is perfect for a family of 5. House has everything you need. Shallow water for younger kids to enjoy. Open deck to enjoy the sun. Covered deck to enjoy a thunderstorm. Angela makes renting a breeze!!

Great decks and views!

Great to sit on the deck and watch the sun set. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views. The outdoor lights were much appreciated and added to the ambience. Very peaceful. Stairs may be a little difficult to maneuver. And they were not joking, the shower water was HOT!

Great time!

The cottage is beautiful, very well maintained. It's right on the water and affords beautiful views of Keuka Lake. We caught perch fishing right off the dock! There were 3 couples and we didn't feel crowded. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We had a great time and would definitely stay again, the owners were very easy to deal with.

Great Lake Front House Perfect for Relaxation

We arrived at the house on the lake and were immediately feeling relaxed. The house is on a street off from the busy highway. There are two bedrooms and baths which were perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was a nice size and there were lots of pans and dishes. We were able to cook a few nights and eat on the downstairs deck by the lake. The area is gorgeous and we had great weather. I knew there were wineries but was shocked at how many. One side of Lake Keuka had 18! We visited about 3 per day and had great lunches out. Very clean, and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered my texts very quickly while I was there. Thanks!

Great Cottage, Great Place, Beautiful View and Location - Home Away from Home

We rented this cottage for a girls weekend in May. Even with pictures you are never sure until you get there. This place does not disappoint. The pictures don't do it justice. We were so place when we arrived and didn't want to leave. It is incredibly well maintained and clean!! The views from the multiple decks are fantastic. It is really like a home away from home. For those looking to do the wine tours, it was incredibly convenient and the town of Penn Yan is right down the road for any supplies you may need. The owner was awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We can't wait to go back again and I will be rebooking at some point for some type of trip, whether it be family, friends or the girls weekend again. I will say it again - this cottage will not disappoint!!!

Review of lake property

The location is perfect, however, for the price, I do not think that I would return. The cleaning people obviously did not do a thorough cleaning. Although the bathrooms were clean, the futon, windows, doors, tablecloth, and floors upstairs were not clean. I looked for extra bedding for a friend who was spending the night. I was first told by the owner that she thought there was 3 of us. She assumed a couple of us would be sharing a bed. She told me to go to the Dollar Store! She then told me after we left that there was extra bedding in the upstairs closet. I had looked there and only saw 2 pillows. We also had trouble with the grill’s temperature gauge. Had to remove the salmon and do it in the oven. The owner told me that when she tried to turn it on once we had left, it was fine. My husband grills at home at least 3-4 nights a week. He knows grills. There is also no washer or dryer. I knew this going in, but it really isn’t ideal. This property has great potential.

Labor Day stay

Lake house is a great place! We all had a wonderful time fishing from the dock and using the paddle boat and kayaks provided. Close to good restaurants and wineries too. Excellent stay!

Great Long Weekend!

The house is on two levels, with room for 5 people. Great decks. We cooked out on the grill two nights, which was all prepped for our use. Used the kayaks. Close to The Windmill, which was fun. Warning: the hot water is extremely hot, as noted. Maybe turn down the hot water heater temp. Otherwise, a really nice October stay.

Beautiful Week

This was our second stay at this lovely cottage. Angela is a wonderful person to work with. Communication was top notch! The location of the cottage is lake front and we are able to dock our boat. The cottage itself is decorated so cute. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. I highly recommend this cottage!

Lake cottage

A great spot on the lake, good dock, and comfortable for the family. Enjoyed both decks. Grands liked the lake, fishing and especially the family next door. Suggested that towels be included with the linens. As any lake property with wooden decks, constant maintenance is needed on railings and stairs. Not a properly for small children.

We really loved the lake house. The location was perfect. My son and his friend caught fish from the dock, from the paddle boat and the kayaks. Really liked that there were kayaks and paddle boat available for our use. We used them every day. Liked having two bathrooms since there were 6 of us. Overall was a great time. My son wants to rent same house next year!

Great location

We had a nice time! Waterfront with safe space for little kids to play in the lake, right at your doorstep. It's fun that kayaks and paddleboat are on-site and ready to use. Beautiful views from the decks morning and night.

Peaceful lakefront cottage

We really enjoyed being right on the water. The lake was about 80 degrees when we stayed and we were in the water every day. We rented a boat and docked it right at the cottage. We Kayaked every day and had fires on the breakwall over looking the lake. What a great vacation for our family.

What a wonderful place to stay!!

We loved our little cottage. Angela was very accommodating and made sure we had all the information that we needed to make our week magical! Her home was beautifully decorated and super clean. The dock for our boat was well built and stable. We had a hot week here and the air conditioning made it awesome to sleep and eat! Thank you Angela for a great week and we will be back!❤️

Great location! Very clean and comfortable cottage right on the lake. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Would definitely consider a future stay when in the area.

Old school, quaint. Super clean, great docking and swimming area. My first time in this lake was 1953, this place reminded me of all the cottages of my youth. Fits six well. View is great! On the preferred east side of lake. All in all, nostalgic for me, super fun for grandsons! Thanks Angela!

Long weekend stay

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend and couldn't have asked for a nicer lake view to wake up to every morning. Cottage is very comfortable and Angela was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Cottage had all necessities that were needed.
