Each story has its own room and bathroom. 2 king bedrooms on the upper and main level and the lower level has 2 twin pull out beds and a large sectional couch which can sleep additional children, perfect for a cozy getaway. With amenities like WiFi, 2 fireplaces, a washing machine and dryer, gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, and 2 kayaks, guests can relax and unwind inside or outside on the deck or hot tub. The loft area is perfect for taking in the view with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern comforts during your stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Groveland. Located inside the PML gates and 1 mile from the lake, Grill, and community pool. Downtown Groveland is less than 3 miles away. Yosemite is an hour drive from here.

We absolutely LOVED this cozy rental!! Very clean, beautiful views, enjoyed the hot tub and movie nights on the comfy couch in front of the gas stove after hiking in Yosemite. Loved everything about this cabin. We would definitely rent again!

We had an amazing stay . Gated community with lake and a golf course. Cabin was beautiful and spacious. Relaxing deck with a quiet and beautiful view. Definitely a place to disconnect. We will reserve this cabin for future get-a-ways!

John and Leslie’s home was the perfect place for our Yosemite vacation. It was a quick, picturesque drive away from the park. The grocery store was less than 10 min away. The house itself is in fantastic condition, supplied with all the kitchen necessities, and the deck and hottub are wonderful.

Perfect getaway

The house is absolutely immaculate! Leslie the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need making the stay so wonderful. The house is so spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and picturesque. Our family had an amazing time, in the hot tub, watching deer, and enjoying all the activities Leslie had provided for the children. Lake was close and beautiful. This house was absolutely perfection no complaints! Magnificent views too!

We liked how spacious and comfortable the entire place was. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. Everything was clean, supplies readily available. Instructions for checking in and out of the place were easy to follow. We recommend however having the address of the entry of the community be included so its easy to follow via gps. Also, a sign regarding the patio lock, works as intended however it is easy for one to get locked out of as our party did. But thankfully the owner was able to unlock for us.

Beautiful Quiet & Well Stocked Mountain Oasis

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this property. Although we are not new to PML, we were new to this home and it was perfect. Everything is new, the kitchen has every tool and item you could imagine, bathrooms were well stocked, the view is spectacular, an the hot tub was an added bonus. We lucked out with mild weather for July, but the swamp cooler kept the house cool and we were able to open up in the evenings. The main level deck has stunning views of the treetops and I enjoyed time out there morning, noon and night. Our kids loved the upstairs loft and downstairs "sleepover room". We were able to park our SUV, as well as a truck and boat trailer. The area is very quiet and close to everything. Leslie was incredibly attentive and answered questions within minutes. I even left some jewelry behind and she's already mailed it to me. I would definitely recommend this property!

Das großzügige Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend, mitten in der Natur, perfekt für einen Tagesausflug in den Yosemite-Park. Morgens und abends konnten wir Rehe beobachten, die ganz dicht am Haus entlang liefen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Leslie war überaus zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall!

Beautiful and cozy home for Yosemite exerience

we really enjoyed our time here. The house is very well maintained and very neat. Never sen such a well equipped kitchen. It has everything you need. The quality of stuff such as bed, towels, utensils etc is excellent. Owner has made sure to provide quality things at this place. The location is great and views are beautiful. We have really lovd our time here and will surely return in future
