The unit sleeps 4, with 1 queen bed and 1 full-size Serta sofa bed. 65" Smart TV, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, etc. Free Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, Heated Pool, coin laundry and on site Tiki Bar & Grill with Live Music. Great little room

The property was clean and tidy. Amenities were supplied, good atmosphere. Close to many things. A little scary when you pull in but realize that you are staying in a condo, not at the Ramada. Nice peaceful waterfront room.

Great view

We really enjoyed the seating areas over the water and boats just outside the door. Room was clean. Staff at check in always seemed annoyed with us, even for just dropping off keys.

Unit was very comfortable however we were unaware that the property was in the direct flight line for planes landing at the airport and departing which was extremely noisy during the day and into the evening hours. The planes did stop late into the night but not sure we would stay there again because of this.

Great Vacation - fun & relaxing!

Place was just like it was listed. Check-in/ out was easy. Loved sitting out and looking over the water and watching the boats. We were close to the airport, so we enjoyed watching the planes come in nearby. We enjoyed the tiki bar next door - Tarpon Bay Grill, good food and live evening entertainment. Breakfast was extra but worth it. We had dinner at Anna Maria Oyster Bar - oysters were really good!! And of course, who doesn’t love time at the pool - good size. We were a family of 3 and look forward to another stay here! Thank you for having us.

The outside life was great! The bathroom door is broken and there was blood on the floor...drops ina trailaround the bed. We found trash in the loveseat. We cleaned it when we left cleaner than upon arrival.

What a nice place

What a wonderful find! It is small, but clean. Shower is great! Bed is comfortable. The use of the Ramada facilities is a great perk. Pool is clean and heated. The poolside Tiki bar and restaurant was very good and provided music throughout the day and evening . We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The room is five stars the property/hotel more like 3

The room which is privately owned is beautiful, exactly like the photos, very well appointed. The location is an older property and who ever redid this room did a great job. The check in and out process was seamless, onsight parking and restaurant/bar/pool/ work out room /boat rental was very convenient. That said, things out of this owner's control but worth noting is you are directly in a flight landing /take off pattern and the planes low and loud. Also the ice machine is right across from the room and some j*rk decided every day at 4:30 a.m.is when he was getting his ice - woke us up every time. All and all nice stay for the price.
