What an enjoyable stay! The atmosphere and the beauty of the whole place is stunning. The Italian architecture is stunning and so enjoyable to take in. Maurizio Was a gracious host and I really enjoyed chatting with him. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing Experience with An Amazing Host. We came for 2 days with big plans, but this place was so nice and relaxing my wife slept almost the whole time and I had no problem sitting in this little piece of paradise waiting for her to wake up. She rarely did lol butt we will be back soon to check out the beaches! Thank you for a great stay!!

Maurizio, I really want to leave a four star review, however, there are just too many things that were not up to the standard you presented.. first of all it’s very obvious there are no hosts here taking care of the property… the yard was very unkept. The grass really needed cutting in the back. My husband had to get a broom to get sticks and a snake out of the pool, we could not find a strainer… the pool was very slimy… the hot tub was full of debris and sticks; I understand this will happen but when you have guests, you should have someone keeping those areas clean while your guests are here… When we arrived, we had 1/2 roll of toilet paper on the stand …. That’s kind of ridiculous and no bath soap, the bar that Maurice brought over was ridiculously old… I had to go purchase soap …the espresso coffee you left was outdated06/2023 and the pot, obviously needs replacing. It does not get expresso hot.I asked for a coffee maker, because I am not an espresso drinker, and the one Maurice brought over was disgusting!I went and purchased one, which I would like to be reimbursed for30… we had one large butcher knife, which was rusted and would not cut hardly anything… no other knives were provided. The batteries failed the one and only time we tried to use the TV remote so we texted Maurice and asked for more. he said he would be here within an hour. We finally gave up and went to bed. They were on the table the next morning. The ac obviously was controlled in the main house,

Beautiful Villa in Peaceful Florida

The property is beautiful, quiet, and Maurizio was accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to the area.

Fun private Villa feel, easy access to Sarasota!

Nice and private, quiet (aside from pool construction next door, but that's temporary). Pool to ourselves! Didn't know the "kitchenette" was outdoors on the lanai but as a Seattle visitor that was easy to navigate and work with in this type of weather. Great visit, great communication. Only suggestion would be a pool vacuum system (like in AZ) due to wind and evening weather debris. Nice comfy bed, and good shower / restroom setup, including a WC off the pool to the outdoors, for when you are wet! Well laid out, and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Beautiful private property!

I needed a solo vacation and this property was perfect. In a nice residential area, a sprawling Italian-style villa has a bedroom suite. It shares the huge veranda, backyard, and pool with the primary residence- but is also private. There’s a well equipped, small kitchen just outside the suite on the porch. Everything was there that I needed. The pool and gorgeous backyard was encouraged to use at my leisure and I took big advantage. Mauritzio is an incredibly gracious host- he helped with restaurant suggestions and knows so much about Sarasota. He was definitely a big reason why I enjoyed my time there. A truly lovely host. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely place for a getaway

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday. It is a beautiful home and charming property conveniently located to the area's attractions. Mauricio was very hospitable, the accommodations were impeccably decorated, and our stay was very enjoyable.

Beautiful place

I only wish I had more time to enjoy the beauty and amenities that are offered. Is there another bigger property on site? One with either 2 or more beds for a family stay.

Very nice place to stay, however, the refridgerator, cook top, sink and eating area were located outside on the lani. That would have been okay if the weather wasn’t in the 40’s.

Fantastic, attached private guest room. We spet 3 days. Location 5 minutes to downtown, Sarasota, 10 minutes to St. Armands, 15 minutes to Siesta Key, US #1 beach. Walking distance to Selby Botanical Gardens. Private, with pool and hot tub. Room decent sized, with comfortable bed

Luxurious sanctuary

Backyard Oasis

First of all I have to say Michelle & Mauricio were a blast! As laid back as it gets and attentive as well as accommodating, snacks, waters, fresh towel delivery, truly make you feel at home not to mention enjoying their company when our paths crossed. have to mention the serene backyard pool and hot tub. (Part of my morning routine!) generous and kind people, would love to stay/ visit again! Thank you guys

Tropical Heaven!

Mauricio and Michelle were fantastic hosts. What a great place. Safe and secure. Beautiful room and bath. Spotlessly clean. Loved the lush surroundings....the hot tube....the pool....the wine....the expresso's.....andwe had a buddy with the grey tiger cat. We loved it and we will be back!!

Location to all the best of Sarasota! A low-key, easy going host that will chat with you by the pool at sunset, or give you all the privacy you want. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but please review the property description so that you have a realistic expectation for your stay with us. Our perfect guest is looking for a place to relax after a busy day/ night of exploring Sarasota.

Attention to detail was brought to this home as the owner brings his Italian heritage to this home. Lush outdoor gardens. Security gated premises occupied by private owner. A quiet night after business meetings or a place to stay during season when attending the theaters, opera or symphony; walk to South Side Neighborhood for dining, music and gourmet markets. A pleasant stroll and you will find yourself at Selby Gardens and next to the bayfront and Marina Jacks.
