Located across from our neighborhood’s private access to all-sports Tan Lake (part of the "chain of lakes"), enjoy easy access to swimming & lake views from the front porch with a Blackstone grill. Inside, relax in the cozy living space with a modern kitchen, dining for six, & a game room with foosball, air hockey, & board games. Feel right at home with a king massage bed, 2 cozy queen beds & beautifully renovated baths!

-Inside: The main level unit offers a private entrance and easy accessibility all on one level. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the bright kitchen with a wine bar, dining room, and game room. The split ranch-style design places the master suite on one side, complete with a full bath and walk-in closet. On the opposite side, you'll find 2 cozy queen bedrooms, a full bath, and a convenient laundry room.
-Outside: Enjoy private access to a spacious front porch and yard, with stunning lake views!

-Lakefront living with our neighborhood lake access point to all-sports Tan Lake (apart of the chain of lakes) directly across the street! Mary Kay Park offers swimming, fishing & fun!

Location~

We absolutely love our location! Not only are we directly across from the lake, but we are only a 2-minute drive to downtown Oxford, 10 minutes to Downtown Lake Orion, 20 minutes to Downtown Clarkston, & only 25 minutes to Auburn Hills/Downtown Rochester!

Guest Access~

***Please note: This is a main level unit, providing you with the comfort and privacy of your own space and private entrance. You will have private access to the entire main floor complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, kitchen, dining room, game room, & laundry room. Outside you will have private access to the front porch, & front yard. The lower unit is completely separate and home to a very quiet and sweet long-term tenant. Each unit has their own private entrance. The only area that is shared is the driveway. You will have 2 parking spaces on the left side of the driveway (reach out to Emily for additional parking needed). Guests will not have access to the rear porch. You will have access to the neighborhood park/beach directly across from the house. Guests do not have access to the neighbors' private docks.

Additional Things to Note~

-The game room is not heated. We are working on a way to add heating to this finished Florida room!
-Though the lower unit tenant is very quiet and sweet, you may hear footsteps from time to time.
-Guests will not have access to the neighbors private docks.
-Though we love furry friends, we are not a pet-friendly vacation home.
