We had an extended weekend w/ 3 adults & 2 dogs. Gaining access to the home was easy. Adam was a good host! All was clean & more than enough space. Comfy beds & bedding. We loved the outlets in the side tables by the beds, very handy. They kindly left a little snack basket in the kitchen, a few cute toiletries in the bathroom, & a list of local suggested places. WI-FI is very good.Things to note: 2 bedrooms are open on one side. Not a problem for us, but definitely something I would want to know. The back yard is all fenced with a wooden privacy fence, perfect for our pups. There's a baby gate there that was a great help. We used it at a doorway to keep the pups separated & quiet at night since there is no door on the upstairs bedroom to close. Be careful on the stairs to the basement bedrooms! We all hit our heads a few times, since the ceiling height is low there. No trouble for kiddos though! Parking in the front is on the street. The parking in the rear is behind the fence, which has a walkway declining to the back yard fence gate. We were a little confused by the rear parking, since it looked like it might be the neighbors. But Adam answered our questions about it. We couldn't hear the ring doorbell when a friend came to pick us up.We all liked the old house bones with modern upgrades such as a digital thermostat.Would definitely recommend & stay here again!
