Bajo una nueva propiedad, esta casa de playa está a menos de cinco minutos a pie del acceso a la playa de Crystal Beach. Esto está muy cerca del JW Marriott, y es una parte de la playa despoblada. ¡Está tan cerca que puedes caminar a casa para almorzar!
La casa ha sido renovada con una cocina de granito y baños. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones con un rey, reina y gemelos. Hay tres televisores y tres reproductores de DVD.
El lanai es bastante grande y la piscina tiene filtración de agua salada. Lo mejor de todo es que está orientado al suroeste, por lo que tomará sol a última hora de la mañana y toda la tarde. Hay una parrilla de gas para su placer culinario. Hay lotes vacíos a cada lado de la propiedad que le brindarán menos ruido y mayor privacidad.

This house offered a prime location to the beach, yet off of the main road. The heated pool was used daily by all and the safety features were comforting to parents of small children. We easily accessed the beach and were grateful for the beach supplies available for us to use. Additionally, the house was comfortable and accommodated our family with all needed items- kitchen utensils and equipment, outdoor grill area, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a closet full of towels. Our host, Denise was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She responds quickly and professionally- even putting up a Christmas tree since she knew our family, with three kids, would be celebrating Christmas morning at the house. Overall a great home.

house has all amenities needed for a enjoyable stay. The pool area is very private and the pool itself is maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. the beach umbrella's and chair's could be updated but they would suffice.We would rent again if available for our schedule.

This was the perfect home for our family of 4. The pool was a hit and the short walk to the beach was great with a 2 year old. We will be back! House was clean and the pool was crystal clear!

The hosts are both incredible lovely people who will help you out every step of the way. The house is in the perfect location for public beach access and has more than enough beach supplies including wagons and bikes! 10/10 will go back again!

Christmas at the beach

My husband, myself, daughter, son in law, their pup and our son enjoyed celebrating Christmas in this lovely home.Location could not have been better.Outdoor area was wonderful we ate all of our meals outside.House was very clean with everything we needed for our stay.Host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. Loved our Christmas vacation at the beach.

Perfect Getaway Home!

Location, Location!!! This truly is an amazing location. The home is tastefully decorated with all the comforts you need. Included are all the basics, towels, sheets and even baby accommodations for those that may need it. The kitchen is well stocked with pot, pans (if you want to cook) and plates, etc. no need to pack from home, its all here. Included are bikes, floats and toys for your enjoyment at the beach or at the very nice enclosed pool area with its covered porch. Nice living room area with a large couch and TV for everyone to fit and just hang out. Best of all its pet friendly, so our precious Ginger could come with us. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area to choose from either casual or high end dinning, can't go wrong. We're so looking forward to next year's rental, as I'm sure there will be more. Denise, is a great communicator, and very easy to work with!

Family Beach House

Denise and Paul were very welcoming and responsive! We loved staying in their home, such a short walk to the public beach access. We loved the heated pool and outdoor shower!

Family vacation

We stayed in April of 2024. This is an amazing three bedroom house that was beautiful inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of other activities and we had also planned and went on a private shelling excursion, a shark fishing trip, an airboat ride and a Python hunting trip.

Marco Island Gem

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cute home. The location was great for enjoying the beach and other amenities in the area. The house was equipped with everything we needed including kitchen and dining items and beach and pool toys. We all had a wonderful time. The owner went above and beyond by putting up a Christmas tree and other decorations for the holidays. Denise was great to deal with.

Perfect location to beach

We have a small dog and couldn’t book a condo on the beach. This house is as close to the beach that also allows pets. Great pool and location. The bikes in the garage came in handy. Great vacation!

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying at this house. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were greeted by our friendly hosts who gave us a tour of the property. We were informed that there was a pack n play and high chair available for us to use for our toddler and that was very nice. We were very familiar with the area and knew this place was the perfect location. The beach access is right across the street which was very convenient. We loved walking over for sunsets. It was also close to many restaurants. We loved the pool and shaded outdoor seating area for both us and our toddler. Overall, it was a great stay! We were able to spend time with family that was local and had a great and memorable vacation!

Spring break 2023

My husband and I rented this house and stayed in it for 8 days with our three boys- ages 14,11, and 9. The house was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat- less than .4 miles to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and the JW Marriott. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

We had a very easy process of booking this property and checking in. The host, Denise, was very nice and welcoming. It was a great rental home with a pool to enjoy after the beach. My favorite part is how close the home is to the beach. Our four year old Grand Daughter walked there with ease every day. We would recommend this home to spend your vacation.

Short walk to beach

We were originally going to Sanibel. Happy we found this property. We enjoyed a couple days exploring the everglades. Love being able to easily walk to the Marriott and the beach. We tried driving to Tigertail Beach for sunset and it was ridiculously long walk. We turned around and wasted the parking fee. If we were to return to Marco Island we would only stay here again being able to easily get to the beach. The pool was nice and eating breakfast in the lanai was enjoyable. The area is very quiet. Beds are very soft. I found mine comfortable but too soft for my sister. We recommend staying here for your vacation

Second Time the Best Yet!

The home was our second stay! Where else can you be three minutes from the Gulf of Mexico Beach! This rental is so close to great restaurants on Marco! The owners will go out of there way to accommodate your wishes! Our advice just do it!

My husband and I are originally from Massachusetts. I am a retired school teacher and my husband is a chemist. We purchased our first home on Marco in 2011 and fell in love with the island and lifestyle. We live on the island most of the year but travel back during the summer months to spend some time with our children and grandchildren.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We ourselves are beach lovers and spend almost every day at Crescent beach. We pass this property on the way to the beach and always thought it was a superb location. We thought how convenient it would be just to walk to the beach and not worry about parking. When we saw the "For Sale" sign we knew it was meant to be!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What we loved about this house was its location and the fact that it has been totally remodeled. It is so convenient to the JW Marriott which has great restaurants and music and activities. It is also within walking distance to the movie theater, Catholic church and lots of shopping and restaurants.
