Looking for a quiet, affordable mountain stay? Just 6 miles from downtown Franklin, this cozy 3BR home, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood on 2+ acres is perfect for couples, families, or friends. Only ¼ mile from scenic Moonshiners 28 leading to Tail of the Dragon—great for motorcyclists and anyone who loves mountain drives. Enjoy Bryson City (35 min) and Sylva (30 min). Garage space available for bikes or gear.
Two king beds and one queen bed ensure everyone sleeps in comfort. Message me before booking for an extra 5% off before taxes and fees on 5+ nights and possible cleaning fee adjustment for using only 1 bedroom.
Two Separate Living Rooms: Plenty of space to relax! Both living rooms feature comfortable seating and TVs, making it easy for everyone to unwind in their own way.
Large Kitchen & Separate Dining Room: A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook, plus a dining room where you can gather for meals together.
Two Outdoor Seating Areas: Enjoy the fresh mountain air with two separate outdoor seating areas, one with a propane fire pit, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Pet-Friendly Stay: Bring your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are welcome, and there’s a very large fenced-in outdoor kennel as well as a crate in the house available to keep them comfortable during your stay. Keep an eye on your pets easily from the back porch.
Guest Access: Entry is simple and secure through a smart lock—just use the last four digits of your phone number for easy access. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a seamless check-in experience.
You’ll have full privacy during your stay—there’s a separate home on the property with long-term tenants, but no shared spaces.
As your host, I live on the property in a separate location as well and am happy to assist if you need anything during your stay—but you’ll still have plenty of privacy.
