Excellent stay! I was traveling for work, but my family came along to create once-in-a-lifetime memories. This unit was in a terrific location, within walking distance to local shops, nearby beaches, and restaurants. I could easily walk to my conference at the Convention Center each day, so I did not have to worry about the hassle of parking. We had three adult couples, so having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was ideal. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and had every appliance we could imagine. The host was extremely cooperative and worked around our flight schedule which was unexpectedly impacted by the government shutdown. We would definitely stay here again!

Balcony was nice. Kitchen and refrigerator were clean. Floors left our clean feet black. Host wanted to meet in person, we were a few minutes late. I had to call her to see if we were at correct location. She contacted me directly via phone and text vs VRBO app. Spoke with her and agreed on 3 pm check out. Confirmed with VRBO chat. Came from beach at 12:30 and she and another lady were standing inside our unit. We did not have enough washcloths for all guests. Painted floor while weee were in unit, without telling us. I personally walked on paint and ruined a pair of socks. Also ended up killing a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. No in unit washing as listed. No smoke detectors. No carbon monoxide detectors.

Beautifully appointed, large 3 bed, 3 bath condo. Exactly as advertised. Great view from the balcony. We even saw the Friday fireworks from the Hilton. A short walk to the beach. Other than a problem with the door code that was addressed all was good. Close to restaurants, shopping and bars. Older building but huge and well-maintained condo.

The property was a bit older than I expected but was nice and well furnished. There was an issue with the air conditioner but it was addressed. The location was good but it was quite a walk to the beach at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The host was lovely but it was hard to reach her sometimes.

We had an amazing stay at this Waikiki rental! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like, beach chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen.The view from the balcony was a great bonus, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a relaxing evening. Check-in was smooth, and the host was communicative and accommodating throughout our stay.This rental made our time in Waikiki extra special, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in Honolulu!

Fantastic vacation stay

Wonderful place to stay. Love that this place had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, definitely helps a lot when you have a large group. The location is super convenient with so many things walking distance. The host was also very communicative and easy to reach. Each room has an AC unit which is blessing in the heat. Highly recommend this place to any visiting groups!

Great Little Condo on the beach

This place was perfect for what we needed. The beds were super comfortable. there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to borrow. The only real downside was check in was coordinated and in person and the property manager is not on site. which might be fine if you were coming straight from the airport, but we were switching accommodations mid trip so we had to miss a beach morning to split off and check in. I would have much preferred to check in with a code asynchronously. other than that, solid choice!

Great location and awesome view from the balcony

Perfect Getaway! (10 Stars)We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was fantastic, and the view was absolutely amazing. The place was impeccably clean, and having three full bathrooms made our experience even better.It was incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to the Alamoana shopping center, and the beach was only a block away! There were plenty of dining options nearby, which we loved exploring.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Cute and in the Action

Overall this property was nice. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the heart of the action. The kitchen has beautiful appliances and is well appointed. The views from the balconies are not to be beat. However, there's a few things that were bumpy with our stay. 2 out of 4 of the tvs didn't function. One of them, in the first bedroom was literally broken.There is zero parking anywhere near the property. A 40 a day garage a mile away is your only bet. So don't rent a car and stay here. You must meet the owner to check in. And she is lovely. But after flying 8 hours, it was the last thing I wanted to do. It's just a bit unconventional. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay and we were comfortable. Just a few cautionary bits for future guests.

I chose this neighborhood because it is on the Alamoana side of Waikiki.
You can walk one block to the Alamoana mall.
You can also walk a block and a half to the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon.

There are lots of places for shopping and dining in the neighborhood as well

Most of the hotels take up the ocean views and Waikiki, but this property is unique because of the view and you can also enjoy the full kitchen and living room room
