Provided with your stay: Breakfast options (Clif bars, instant oatmeal) and fresh ground local coffee with your choice of brewing options (Coffee maker, pour over, french press), because we know how important the perfect cup of coffee can be!
The kitchen is stocked with the basics and the grocery store just around the corner offers nicely prepped veges and entrees if you feel like cooking. They also offer bundles of firewood if you decide to have a fire in our backyard pit.
*Please note: The backyard is a shared area between our two units and we hope you'll make yourselves right at home, enjoy it fully and maybe even make friends with the neighbors!
Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom is spacious with a queen-sized bed and cozy sitting area for time spent relaxing in the lazy afternoon sun.
Other Amenities: We have your needs covered with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair-dryer. Feel free to use our clothes washer and dryer (we've provided soap and dryer sheets), iron and ironing board.
An electric fireplace in the living room provides ambiance with the flip of a switch for a cozy winter day. You'll have access to Netflix free of charge.
The entire apartment is yours with private entry, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and bath.
We are available anytime and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We're Bend natives who love our town and are happy to offer recommendations on all our favorite happy hours, bakeries, coffee shops and fun. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

-If it's convenient to start a load of towels washing my cleaning team loves that but it's not necessary. (Please do NOT start any bedding. We will do that in seperate sanitizing loads!) :)

We are Bend natives who love living here and love sharing our town and home with visitors. Our duplex (including this one and Villa 477) has had a 5 star rating on Airbnb for the last 5 years and now we're expanding our reach to guests who prefer to use VRBO!

We bought this cute little duplex when it was a bit of a neighborhood eyesore with tons of hidden character. We love home improvement and DIY but were not interested in just "flipping a house" so instead we moved ourselves in so we could take our time renovating each side the way it deserved. We've worked hard to improve the flow and livability of the homes while keeping the key bits of character intact. The result is that it just feels like home here and like most of our guests, you'll want to come back again!

We are in the Midtown neighborhood which is currently the focus of large local improvement efforts. This summer the city will be connecting our urban bike trails with a new bike path right on our front street. The path will ultimately connect to a pedestrian bridge right into downtown. If you're interested in the urban bike trails, let us know, we'll give you the insider scoop. They can be pretty fun! Even if you're not on bikes, we're only a 15 minute walk to downtown and close to everything.
