Whether you're here for a romantic weekend, a family vacation, or a getaway with friends, the Charming Yellow Farmhouse is a hidden gem that offers both seclusion and convenience.

Guest access
Guests will have a private home with lots of private outdoor space, including a large fire pit with a cooking grate and comfy adirondack chairs for relaxing and memorable evenings. We just added a new wrap around patio with an outdoor table/umbrella, a propane grill and string lights for additional outdoor space to enjoy. There is also a picnic table and charcoal grill under the maple tree next to the patio. In addition, guests will have shared access to the Whitewater River. The river and seasonal beach (water-level dependent) is acesssed by walking across a flat lawn and then down a grassy hillside/ river bank.

Note that this is one of two properties we rent out on the river. The river access is in front of the Whitewater River House (https://www.vrbo.com/9471248ha, sleeps 8). Guests wanting river views and a picnic pavillion on the river may prefer that property. Guests preferring more privacy and a bit more upscale acommodations while still having river access will prefer the Yellow Farmhouse. We suggest potential guests compare both properties.
