Enjoy Emerald Lakes' incredible amenities (passes required, paid onsite or online):

-Lakes & Beaches: Swimming, kayaking, and fishing (catch-and-release only).

-Pools: Indoor and outdoor pools.

-Clubhouse: Community restaurant, pool tables, sauna, indoor pool.

-Sports Facilities: Tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and clubhouse access.



Some areas, such as the locked utility room, are permanently off-limits for safety reasons.



Other things to note

Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 8 and 2 additional guests (with approval).

Minimum age to book: 25 years old (exception for children with parents).

Trash Policy: Guests must take the trash to the community compactor. Passes and details are provided upon check-in.

Cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard for guest safety.





HOA Registration requirements:

All guests must complete the Emerald Lakes rental registration form at least 24 hours before check-in. The form will be sent to you after booking, and timely submission is the guest’s responsibility to ensure smooth access to the community.

Once approved, you will receive registration confirmation and instructions for accessing amenities.

What should I pack for my stay? → Bring toiletries, slippers, beach towels, swimsuits, and personal items. Kitchen essentials like aluminum foil, food storage bags, and cooking oil are recommended. We provide 1 Duraflame log per stay—bring extra logs if needed. Firewood is required for the fire pit. Full packing details are in the House Manual.



Is early check-in available? → Yes! Free for 1 hour (additional $25/hour), based on availability!



Do I need to bring my own linens? → No! Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries provided.



How do I access the property? → Keypad code will be sent before check-in.



What are the kitchen amenities? → Our fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee bar, and cookware. Bring disposable plates/cups, storage containers, and extra spices if needed.



Is the home suitable for remote work? → Yes! The additional bedroom has a dedicated workspace with an external monitor, and high-speed WiFi is available.



Are pets allowed in all rooms? → Pets are welcome but should not be on furniture or beds. Please follow pet policies, including leash rules and waste disposal.
