The farmhouse has mature trees and plantings with a great lawn that is perfect for a game of soccer or football with the family!

We have an exclusive arrangement that allows our guests to stroll the additional 40 acres of paddocks in which some of the most beautiful horses in North America spend their summers. There are mowed pathways on our 11 acres that allow you to soak in the restful environment while observing the many wild birds from Bald Eagles to Goldfinches who call our farm home. Or just hang by the pool with your favorite drink and a book. You are on a one lane road very lightly traveled and just minutes to Milea Winery and Black Snake brewery to name but a few.
If you feel the need to explore, Rhinebeck is a short drive away and full of great restaurants and the historic Beekman Arms a favorite of George Washington and many Presidents since. There are to many attractions to mention .
