Great Stay and friendly host

The photos did not do this property justice. It was very nice and clean. The host was very friendly and answered questions promptly. The stay location was safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is exactly as descibed. Very spacious and clean. Has a beautiful large pool, the kitchen is perfect. The bedrooms are very large and spacious. The host is very responsive at any time of day. We were a family of 5 and it felt like home! Will definitely book again!

We stayed for a week after we had a flood in our home. While our review is mostly positive. There are a few caveats. As others mentioned the owner lives in the attached garages. You can hear muffled voices and occasionally smell food cooking. This did not bother us but might bother others. On the plus side when we had an insect issue he was on it in a matter of minutes. The house was immaculate and had very large rooms and an expansive pool and patio area. I would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact that we could not control the air conditioning in part of the house and there was no hot water in the bathroom sinks. It was a bit of a nuisance. The extra large open kitchen is well equipped with many small appliances and high end major appliances but was a tad lacking in table wear. The house was very well suited to the small family gathering we had on Christmas Eve. We found the house to be very comfortable and the owner was very accommodating . We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent it again.

Hello. The property is nice and the house is great and we had a good time up until our third night in the Vrbo. No where on the Vrbo page does it say the couple who own the Vrbo will be staying g on property as well. They stay in the garage and it shares a wall with the house so you can hear them doing thier daily things and also can hear their dog. It was uncomfortable and definitely made one of my kids enjoy the house/pool less. They’re a nice couple but I just wish they were more transparent about the whole situation.

Spacious , beautiful sparkling clean house with a pool

This home in Davie exceeded our expectations, from the moment we booked it to the day we sadly left. Communications with the owner/host was excellent. Eduardo was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions had. The home was beautiful both outside with lovely landscaping to inside, modern and comfortable decor. The house was much larger than we expected. The master bedroom had two King sized beds, two walkin closets and two master baths (his and hers) with multple shower heads. The location was wonderful with easy access to rts 75 and 95 . Beautiful neighborhood and a beautiful home. Our host was wonderful and we highly recommend this home and would stay there again. questions we had for him

Temporary Housing Stay

We had to stay here for 6 weeks while our house was under renovation. This home is beautiful. It is very spacious and Eduardo and Gertha are very accommodating. Communication with the host was excellent. However, the owners do live on the property and control the AC for the family room and the kitchen areas. Eduardo always responded and adjusted the AC for us. There is no ventilation for the stove so the smell of food is very strong. When the owners were cooking or cleaning, we could smell the food and cleaning chemicals coming from the AC vents. Other than that, the house is very nice and in a great location. I do think that the listing should indicate that the owners are on site 24/7 and the property should not be listed as the “entire house”.
