For added security, this property is equipped with a doorbell camera positioned at the front door and two exterior security cameras positioned at each corner of the back part of the property. The cameras are strictly for exterior monitoring and do not have access to any interior spaces. They are solely in place to enhance security and ensure peace of mind for our guests.

We wanted to let you know that we may use air fresheners in our properties to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment. However, we understand that some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to certain scents. If you do not want us to use air fresheners during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. Please note that it may take more than 2 days to fully remove air fresheners from the property.

This property is equipped with a Smart TV, but please note that we do not provide cable television services. Guests are welcome to use their own app subscriptions to access streaming services on the TV. The Smart TV is equipped with various streaming apps, but you’ll need your own accounts to access content.

We also maintain our yard by having it cut every 2-3 weeks. If you find the yard needs attention when you arrive, please let us know. We can arrange for the yard to be cut earlier if needed.
