Pineapple Penthouse- Cozy 1/1 Suite Near Downtown St. Pete -PET FRIENDLY
The Pineapple Penthouse is a quaint, tropical, private apartment just minutes from downtown Saint Petersburg. Get out and explore the shops, restaurants, museums, and parks of downtown. This suite is not in a complex. It is a stand-alone home on top of a detached garage. Located on a private property shared with the owners.
We are new to VRBO, but have been a SuperHost on A1RBNB for 5 years. You can search us and see our review history there.
We do allow pets! There is a small pet fee of $25.
The Space:
This charming, bright suite will make you feel right at home. When you’re not out exploring the town, we provide you everything you’ll need to make a home cooked meal, relax on the couch to your favorite movie or series and get some rest on the super-comfortable king bed.
Guest Access:
PARKING:
Guests will have access to the entire private apartment, as well as free parking in front of the garage in the alley way.
Note: guests will not have access to the garage itself.
**Please avoid parking with your vehicle partially or entirely in the alley way. Unfortunately, your car could get TOWED, as this alley is frequently used by city workers and neighbors. Free street parking is also available. Thank you! **
Other Things to Note:
*Washer/Dryer available in first floor garage for guests.

We are a local couple who have called St. Pete home for over a decade. We enjoy stopping by the local breweries, having a good meal and a night out for live music. Hosting since 2020, it's rewarding to be able to provide a home base for people coming to check out our beautiful city.

Our neighborhood is just enough outside of the busy downtown to be relaxed and quiet, but close enough to be within a very short drive or bike ride.

Our property is very close to the heart of St. Pete. Downtown is just minutes away, along with Vinoy Park. St. Pete beaches are also only 15 minutes from us, making all the best parts about the area within arm's reach.
