Charming 1-bedroom cottage with loft in Rehoboth Beach

Welcome to Salt Box Cottage! I am thrilled to share my dream vacation home with you! You will be a short distance away from all that Rehoboth, Dewey and Lowes Beach have to offer. This charming cottage located between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach is the perfect home base for your trip.

You will have access to 2 beach cruisers and beach chairs during your stay. When you are not out and about you will have access to the entire cottage, which is well appointed with a full kitchen, towels, linens, laundry room with complimentary washers and dryers and 2 free parking spots in front of the cottage.

The space provides you with everything you need. A living room with smart tv and basic cable, full kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom, main bedroom with full size bed, and a loft with 2 twin beds. You will be able to access the cottage via digital lock and when you are inside the temperature will be controlled with a nest smart thermostat and fans will be available as well. Wifi is also available to you.

You will have access to the entire cottage including the outside shower and the side deck. You will also have access to 2 beach cruisers to make your way around town, as well as a parking pass during the season. If you prefer outdoor cooking there will be a gas grill available for you to use.

Just As Described And Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was a perfect size for us. We loved sitting on the screened-in porch with morning coffee, and it was just a short ride to the main drag in Rehoboth and several area beaches. Communication from owner was great-we will be back!

The cottage was wonderful - - perfectly presented by the photos! The keyless entry and exit was great. The owner, Cleo, took care to provide just about everything we might need and would not want to schlep to Rehoboth Beach. The fan provided in the loft helped to keep it very cool at night (we didn't want to overhaul the AC.) The cottage's location was ideal, as well! Not too close to the crowded roadways and not too far from the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! Overall, lots of enjoyment, comfort, and gratitude to Cleo for sharing this sweet cottage

Close and cozy

This was a fabulous little cottage stay for myself, best friend, and her 7 yr old. We loved the screened-in porch and the pampas grass flanking the front door, as well as the comfortable couch, kitchen, beds and bathroom. It was a just-right size, and communication with our host was pleasant and easy breezy. I think I prefer this sort of listing over ones in private, gated communities in the same area, where there seems to be a lot more rules and detailed information exchange involved. Here, we felt very comfortable and considered. Thanks!

Beach Cottage

Lovely, intimate beach cottage in Rehoboth. We stayed with our teenage son for a few nights after traveling for a tour of University of Delaware. All in all the cottage was perfect for our needs. Just a few small things we noticed, the cleaning team forgot to put away a cleaning bucket and we found two empty White Claw cans in the bedroom closet behind the beach towels but otherwise the home was spotless and neither of which affected our experience. If ever back in the area, we would certainly come back! Thank you!
