Un entorno muy tranquilo a pocos minutos de toda la actividad en Rehoboth Ave, la playa, el paseo marítimo y Dewey. 3 BR 2 1/2 Ba, una ducha al aire libre y lavadora y secadora grandes. Una rampa de fácil acceso a la Ruta 1, adyacente al bloque, lo lleva a tiendas y restaurantes. Hay dos espacios de estacionamiento reservados para esta unidad. Diviértete al sol en la playa o el paseo marítimo o relájate en el interior cuando llueve, sentado en la acogedora terraza acristalada leyendo un libro. Lo siento, olvidé tomar una foto del Maestro BR.

The property was spotless and fairly well appointed. The location is convenient -- close enough to town but not so close that it's noisy. Our stay was quiet and relaxing.

Great spot and just right

Our family of 4 outgrew the house the rest of my family stays at during our yearly trip to the beach. After staying at a couple other locations, this spot felt just right. Assigned parking literally right outside the door making unpacking and packing so easy. Roomy upstairs gave 2 adults, 2 young kids, and eventually 2 young adults (my oldest son and his friend who got relegated to an air mattress in the living room of the other mentioned house) plenty of room to sleep and relax at the end of the day. Updated kitchen with everything needed to make meals for everyone. Nice ventilation over the stove and ceiling fan right overhead as well to keep the kitchen area cool. At 6'4 had no problem moving around but kitchen is L shaped so 2 or more people moving around will have to squeeze by. Living area was spacious and comfortable and seperate sunrrom was great for anyone that needed a little extra quiet from the rest of the house or warmth from the AC of the house, which works very well. Parking pass and additional house keys made it the perfect spot to wake up to a quiet house, get ready and headover to the beaches and park for the day, as well as the perfect spot to come back to at the end of the day and relax.

Great place close to the beach

Lovely property with so many helpful items for cooking. Everything was perfect. The floors in the bathrooms and carpet could use a cleaning, but we understand it's close to the beach so harder to keep that in perfect condition.

Clean and efficient

The house suited our needs for a weekend getaway. It was clean and in good condition. The owner was very responsive when we got in touch to ask a question, and communicated about a parking problem (out of her control) before we arrived, which was appreciated.

Very comfortable home; owner supplied everything needed for kitchen and bath.

Excellent location. Less than a five minute drive to the heart of town. We were fortunate to have beautiful October weather. There were beach chairs available and even wood to build a fire on a chilly night. Would absolutely stay again.

Super clean, great for a family

The house is very clean and well taken care of. Owner was very responsive. Nice location near playgrounds for family, easy and quick drive to the beach. Plenty of linens and towels, but the kitchen could use a few more dishes. We had a nice week!

Perfect beach getaway

Location was perfect for short ride to beach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. The host Nancy was very responsive and kind. I will consider staying here again. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was good but having bikes was key to getting to the beach. It was much quicker that way.

Non-existent communication from Host

Location was ok but, we never were able to enter rental due to Host being M.I.A. forcing us to eventually find a hotel room several miles further away. Neighbor next to rental told us friend of theirs didn't hear from host until hours after they were due to get access. Neighbors where Host lived were unable to reach her and apalled she treated us badly. badly. N

2 Week Rental--Mixed Experience

This rental is a comfortable, basic townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with easy on/off access to Coastal Highway and a short walk to Rehobeth Avenue. On arrival, the AC was welcomed as was the basic cable TV connection and the Wi-Fi. The washer and dryer were true conveniences. The king and queen beds were comfortable and the owner provided lots of bath towels. The most direct route to the beach is behind the nearby school to a pedestrian bridge (Turtle Bridge). The bridge over Turtle Creek provides a viewing area of the numerous water turtles and a huge snapping turtle in the creek. The housekeeping was unsatisfactory. The refrigerator top and the underside of the range hood had a thick layer of grease; one stove burner did not work; and the sink disposal shook the entire sink when it was turned on. No broom, no trash bags, and no dish cloths were available. The outdoor shower was broken. The chair and sofa cushions were filthy and had to be covered with bedsheets before sitting on them. Bikes were provided but no air pump could be found. The ceiling fan in the sunroom had to be repaired and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had to be replaced due to a dangerous wobble. Water damage from to second floor hallway bathroom required a complete tub surround tear out and replacement that required 9 ½ hours to complete. The beach is 5 blocks east but carrying items to/from the beach quickly became tiresome. An umbrella is provided but bring your own beach chairs.

Perfect for the weekend!

We come to Rehoboth every year with a group of friends. This year was a little last minute and on a budget and this house did exactly what we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. A couple cabinet doors could use a new hinge or two and the furniture/carpet is a little older but again, the listing was accurate and the price reflected what we should expect and it was perfect. The house had linens, towels, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags… essentials to get us started. Also has a full size washer and dryer. It was also a quick and easy walk into town/ Dogfish pub and a nice walk to the turtle bridge and Rehoboth beaches. It was also super close to a couple playgrounds which came in clutch for our 2 year old. The house is also equipped with games and VHSs so we were able to play Yahtzee and trouble and other games with our friends. We had a great trip and our host was great! The house comes with two parking spots and they helped us figure out where to park our third car. Responsive and helpful!

Great disappointment

This property is very dirty. First thing we saw was a flight of stairs carpeted in whitish carpeting. It was black from dirt, the living and dining room furniture was stained and old. The overall appearance is old and smelly. I tried to book another place but was unable to find anything at such short notice. The location is farther from the beach than indicated. I’ve rented from VRBO both in the US and Europe and have never had a complaint like this. Overpriced and unsanitary.

Great Value

The unit was clean, spacious and well-appointed and well taken care of! The owner was very responsive to all of our questions, both regarding the unit and the area. She even helped us out for the 2 days that we had 3 vehicles, one more than the available parking spaces. The beach and the main downtown area of Rehoboth were both VERY accessible by foot, about 0.8 miles to each, saving us the trouble of driving and having to find parking. The closest route to the beach took us across the 'turtle bridge', I assume named for the hundreds of turtles of all types that hang out under the bridge,to a portion of the beach that was accessible and a short walk to the boardwalk attractions (particularly a rest room and boardwalk fries!). A little further and you are at the Rehoboth Blvd with all of it's restaurants and shops. From there it was a short 0.8 mile walk back to the house. The unit itself had three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Downstairs - the combination family/dining area (with a really nice large screen TV) along with a fully enclosed and furnished porch area that is, in effect, a second living area, provide ample space for hanging out and relaxing. The full kitchen has a full size refrigerator / freezer and range, microwave and dishwasher. Ample plates and cooking utensils are provided as well as towels. Pretty much everthing to make it a home away from home! Thanks for a great stay Nancy!
