The Space:
This home offers a blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private office space for those needing to work during their stay. The master suite on the bottom floor includes a king bed, a TV, and a private bath, providing a peaceful retreat. Two additional queen guest bedrooms are also located on the bottom floor, offering plenty of space for family or friends.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy guest bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. The home also boasts two living areas: one downstairs with a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and one upstairs with a TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxation.
The spacious fenced-in backyard offers plenty of room for outdoor activities, and from the upstairs, you'll enjoy stunning views of Cathedral Rock, adding a touch of natural beauty to your stay. Whether you're relaxing indoors by the fire or enjoying the outdoors, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and scenic surroundings.
Family Friendly! We have a pack n play, high chair, sound machine, & blackout curtains on site for little ones!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to this entire property. They are able to enter via keypad after 4 on the day of check in.
The Neighborhood:
Near Crescent Moon Ranch and Red Rock Crossing. Creek access!
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Poor Cell Reception.
Pet Fee- $75

Check-in is 4 p.m.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.
Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.
We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
Dogs are allowed for $75 per stay. You must let us know beforehand if there is a dog coming.
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
