Coulda been better
The negatives: when we reserved the property in October for our one month stay in January the owner (Doug) said WiFi would be available when we arrived. When we arrived in January the WiFi was not hooked up. The owner blamed direct tv. We asked him numerous times to get us access to WiFi. Nothing happened. We spent significant money to access the internet through our phone. More importantly we were not able to attend on line meetings because the Verizon Connection kept failing. Also, we found rotting produce in the refrigerator and the freezer had not been cleaned. Dishes, glasses pans and silverware had not been washed. We found dirty clothes and towels under the bed.
The positives: the house is in a nice neighborhood and very quiet. The chairs and beds were comfortable. Showers, baths, sinks, lights and appliances all worked. The local contacts - Barbara and John (who Doug referred us to) were very helpful in resolving a leaking water heater problem and helping us access direct tv.
Bottom line: we would stay here again only if WiFi was provided and the house was cleaned properly.
