A beautiful beachfront condo with spectacular views of the emerald coast. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a pull out queen size, and two twin trundle beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and service for six people. Fully stocked with plenty of towels and linens. A safe community for your family with is secure gated parking lot. There are three pools and concierge beach service(2 loungers and an umbrella) your entire stay. Relaxing all day then hit the town for some of the most popular music, food, and drinks. Show off your tan with that new outfit, shoes are optional. Panama City Beach is well known for fresh seafood with a Jamaican twist. Those delicious recipes you can only enjoy while you’re here. Then you can check out the nite life with live music playing and that sun kissed tan get your dance moves out and enjoy the local nite clubs. Making memories with that special someone that will last a lifetime. Whatever it is that you’re into you can bet it will be fun.

BEST VRBO HOST EVER!

This was the most wonderful condo and host I have ever rented from! The condo was absolutely wonderful….Dava thought of and provided EVERYTHING! The condo was beautiful and the location was fantastic! I felt like I was at home.

My daughter and I took a quick trip before school started back and we both loved it so much we wanted to move in! This condo exceeded every expectation I had, and I’m very picky. The decor was beautiful, it was extremely clean, the location is perfect, and the hosts were incredible! They consistently checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is the most well stocked place I have ever stayed in - they thought of everything! I couldn’t be happier with our experience and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

Everything was perfect. Condo located right on the beach with private and secured beach access. Apartment was full of supplies just as mentioned, loved the coffees bar. Owner Dava was very supportive and always available. My family enjoyed the stay, will definitely recommend everyone to go for it.

Best Unit at Subbird!

This unit was excellent in every category! We quickly realized that we overpacked because once we were inside the unit we found everything you need for a fun day at the beach for all ages! Dava was an excellent host and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to get away and relax. I can only hope that I am able to book in time for next year before all spots are full! 11/10!

All what you can ask for

Location 10/10 , nice balcony set up with beach view . Don’t pack anything for beach all provided ( towel , umbrella,lounger and foldable chairs , sand toys for kids , cooler bags .. communication 10/10 . Secure parking lot I left all my gears hanging on my motorcycle. Definitely coming back!

Amenities and Much More!

407W was extremely clean and nicely appointed with a firm, comfortable couch and extra chargers for electronic devices. Both the bedroom and living area had ceiling fans, which my husband especially appreciated. The kitchen had a Keurig with both a pot and single cup function, and Dava stocked K-cups in case you forgot to bring yours. We prefer a very firm mattress so the king-sized bed was quite soft from our perspective, but there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There were also plenty of towels - the fluffy kind you’d keep at home - a lovely shower, and a blow dryer in the bathroom. I don’t have room to list all of the amenities but suffice it to say that, with the exception of personal items like a hair brush, if you forgot to bring a basic household or kitchen item, it was probably provided. The rental included daily beach chair and umbrella service, and the porch had very comfortable Adirondack chairs. We had a few questions before and during our stay, and Dava responded quickly when I emailed her. We’ve been staying at the Sunbird for about 20 years and this was definitely one of our best rental experiences overall.

Fabulous vacation spot!

The property was very clean and updated. The host was wonderful to work with. I felt very comfortable in the condo and neighborhood. It made for a very relaxing vacation!

Home away from home

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, the condo was stocked with basic essentials that you may have forgotten at home and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking with Dava again in the future.

Gorgeous condo and perfect location

The condo was decorated beautifully. The located is perfect walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend staying there for your beach trip. We hope to be back soon! Thank you so much Dava!!

Home away from Home

Great time at this Condo felt like home . The bed was so comfortable. Dava was so helpful on places to visit or eat, even left a care package which was so sweet! Great time on the beach added bonus there was beach service 2 chair and umbrella! Would stay here again.

My wife and I are from Ohio, but we both love the beach. Every chance we get to visit the beach we are there.
We enjoy hosting because it allows us to share our experiences with other families. We both have large families so it started out just renting our unit to close friends and family then it took off before we knew it we were renting it out all year.
