The guesthouse is located near the road, and traffic noise may be noticeable at times, particularly during weekdays.

If something is missing, broken, or not working properly, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

## House Rules and Linen Care

To help us maintain our charming guesthouse and provide fresh, high-quality linens for every guest, towels and bedding shall be used only for their intended purpose.

* Pets are not permitted on beds, bedding, blankets, or pillows.
* Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, and pillowcases shall not be used for cleaning pets, wiping muddy paws, removing makeup, cleaning spills, or any purpose other than their intended use.
* Excessive staining, soiling, damage, or destruction of linens and bedding may result in replacement charges.

Average replacement costs are as follows. Actual charges may vary depending on the item damaged:

* Pillows – approximately $15 each
* Blankets – approximately $30 each
* Sheet sets – approximately $60 per set
* Bath towels – approximately $10 each
* Hand towels – approximately $6 each
* Washcloths – approximately $4 each
