The Space:
Upon entering the home, you will feel immediately at ease as you are welcomed by the open-concept living area bathed in natural light, filtering through the floor-to-ceiling sliders that open up to an oversized patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a large island with seating for up to 10 guests and is conveniently located next to a large dining table with seating for an additional 12 guests, ideal for both intimate meals or large gatherings. Step outside to your own private paradise - a spacious oceanfront deck where guests can enjoy alfresco dining while watching the dolphins play along the shoreline. Enjoy mornings with coffee overlooking the waves, afternoons on the sand just steps away, and evenings with the world renowned Captiva sunsets. The sparkling pool invites you to unwind and soak in the Florida sun. The pool area features an expansive deck with beautiful tile and an integrated spa that boasts a relaxing waterfall feature.

In terms of the floor plan, each of the six beautifully designed bedrooms offers plush bedding, stylish furnishings, and plenty of space to unwind. On the third level, Eden features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, all with breathtaking panoramic beachfront views. Drift off to sleep in the luxurious beds to the sound of the gentle surf and the breeze. The primary suite features a plush King bed and a large sofa for extra comfort as well as an en-suite bathroom with its own laundry room. The master suite also has private access to a beautiful sundeck as well as separate access to the lower level for extra privacy. Adjoining the master suite are 2 guest bedrooms, one featuring 2 King beds and the other one featuring 2 Queen beds. The second level features one guest bedroom, with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor functions as a separate living space (perfect for group members who desire more privacy or have young ones) and features a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen over Queen bunk bed. This level also features a game room/arcade, ensuring endless entertainment for your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property shown in pictures, including pool/spa, and private beach access in front of the home.

This spectacular home is located on the prestigious and quiet residential street of Laika Lane, in walking distance to Captiva Village, where one can enjoy dining and shopping.

Getting Around:
Captiva village is very walkable and located just a few minutes walking distance from this home, so guests should feel at ease without a car while staying with us.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The contents of this will be available immediately prior to booking in the form of an eSign agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
