▶️Where you'll Rest (Sleeps 7)
- Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
- Guest room: Queen bed with smart tv, 'crabby' details, and plenty of storage for enjoying your stay. Shares full bathroom.
- Bunk room: Great for the kids! Twin over Double bunk bed with Smart TV as well. Shares full bathroom.
- We can also provide a pack n play for your little one - just ask!

🏖️ Beach Access! There are a lot of options when in Prominence.

- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about a 10 min walk, or 2 min drive away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 1 mile away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About a 5 min drive away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About a 5 min drive away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps — you can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

Prominence neighborhood: The Prominence subdivision is a great spot for families. It is right in the middle of all the 30A attractions! You can get anywhere along 30A on the included golf cart. Several beach access points are available within 1 mile. You can park you golf cart and have toes in the sand within 3-5 mins. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach, next to WaterSound Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. ''The Big Chill'' includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, as well as a stage for concerts and events.

✏️ Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is also one spot in the garage.There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and Dec 21 - Dec 31.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
