The space:
This rental space is in a part of duplex home, and you will have exclusive access to the right side of the home, except for the shared parking area with the neighbors. You can enter the space privately with a separate entrance. Our home is designed with internal double locked doors dividing the 2200 sq. ft. duplex for added privacy. You can start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee using the in-bedroom Keurig station, available in the master suite. Your coffee can be enjoyed on the balcony that has great views of the sunrise and the deer and turkey that pass through the backyard. Need to study or work remotely? Our bonus room has a desk and daybed for your convenience. And when you're ready to unwind, the new outdoor grill area is the perfect place to relax and grill while enjoying the refreshing mountain air in the evenings. TVs are located in each bedroom along with living spaces.
