Enjoy our cozy cabin located on the bank of the New River. This newly renovated property sits within steps of the water. Bring your kayaks, tubes, and fishing gear and prepare to relax. Our home has a large deck area both covered and uncovered overlooking the river. Inside you will find a stocked kitchen, cozy den, and two bedrooms. We have high speed internet at the property with a smart TV in the den.

We are only 15 minutes from downtown Boone for easy access to shopping and dining, or watching a football game or concert. There are several river outfitters within 4 miles of the house as well as public river access.

Please note that the home does not have central air, but the home rarely gets above 74 degrees in the summer. We do have a window AC unit in each bedroom for cool sleeping.
