Frente al mar, completamente renovado Sand Dollar Resort 1 habitación Unidad A2

En 2019 remodelamos por completo nuestro pequeño lugar en el Paraíso. Nueva cocina de diseño mejorada, características de baño nuevas, comedor nuevo, muebles de la habitación familiar y ropa de cama. Dos nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado Mitsubishi. Todas las nuevas puertas exteriores y ventanas en todo. Nuevo servicio eléctrico, calentador de agua caliente, caja fuerte y mejoras en el área de almacenamiento. (Ver fotos) Una de las mejores ubicaciones de Bari Reef. Somos propietarios originales y estuvimos presentes durante las etapas de desarrollo pudimos elegir un condominio de unidad de esquina premium en una excelente ubicación que estaba más cerca de nuestra playa, lo que nos brinda una excelente vista del segundo piso y espectaculares puestas de sol.
La nueva proyección de vista completa en nuestro balcón de 270 pies cuadrados en la unidad de esquina brinda un amplio espacio al aire libre y una verdadera sensación caribeña.

We loved our stay in A2. Great location at Sand Dollar. Close to the dive shop and the water. The view is incredible from the screened-in porch. Very comfortable bed. It's nice to have a storage room for luggage and a clothesline. The owners were prompt in responding to our questions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Bonaire is one of our favorite places to dive and will definitely stay in A2 again if it's available!

Wonderful stay and a perfect, convenient, beautiful location.

Everything about the stay was wonderful: a clean condo with a nice kitchen, 2 AC units, the small beach in front of the condo, the proximity to Dive Friends / Bari reef and even the next-door restaurant — it all adds up to a highly satisfying rental experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Was worth the money! Balcony was gorgeous. Bed was comfy, drying room was so useful for getting stuff dry before heading back. Looking forward to a return stay!

Very nice condo with a great view

Owner and management were very accommodating. Condo was clean and everything worked. Would highly recommend and I personally would rent again. Bonaire is a wonderful island and the condo's house reef is wonderful

Great Unit in Great Location

Sand Dollar is waterfront and quite centrally located. The actual unit is large and the closest one to the dive shop and pier - helpful when you forget something for your dive. Beach isn't very big but the house reef is a really nice dive.

We are already booked to come back in December. Perfect for divers. Great for anyone else. Everything worked. Had one problem with the lock (Salt air is hard on them) and SD fixed it right away,.

Sand Dollar A-2

This is the second time we have rented this condo. Both times it was extremely clean. It is the perfect location because it is right on the ocean. All the condos here at Sand Dollar have a balcony and an ocean view.Bari reef is right out in front of the property and a snorkeler's paradise. It is a very easy entry and exit.The best thing about this rental is communication with the property manager. I had many many questions and she tirelessly answered them each time within minutes.

The nicest unit of the 5 we've stayed in!

My husband and I rented this unit for 13 nights in February and found it to be very nice. This was our fifth trip to Bonaire, but this is the first time we rented this specific unit. The rental process was easy and the unit was exactly as described on VRBO. This resort is quiet and laid back. It's not fancy, but the friendly atmosphere and friendly people make it a great place to stay. Bonaire is our favorite Caribbean island and The Sand Dollar Resort is our favorite place to stay. There is great snorkeling right in front of the resort with easy access. There are also many other areas around the island for snorkeling right from shore; or you can go on the Woodwind for a snorkel trip out to Klein Bonaire. We will definitely be back next year!!

Fantastic time

We just got back from a wonderful time on Bonaire. The week was made that way by staying at A-2 at Sand Dollar. The place was extremely clean and everything was in working condition and the pictures and descriptions were totally appropriate and accurate. The kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. In addition there were cutting boards, colanders, measuring cups and spoons and all sorts of baking equipment. There was even aluminum foil and Saran Wrap and coffee filters. There were condiments also. The bed was very comfortable and all the furniture was in excellent shape. One of the best things was the responsiveness of the owner. I must have messaged her 6 - 8 times with questions and she always got back to me within the hour. You will be well taken care of if you use this property for your visit to Bonaire.

The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay and went out of their way to make sure our stay went smoothly. We also appreciated the unexpected services that Sand Dollar provided while we were there such as a full cleaning half way through our stay, replacing our towels twice a week, a beach towel exchange along with someone always available at the office. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch, the relative privacy being on the second floor allowed us, the cool breezes alway blowing through and the amazing sunsets. Also, the location of this condo couldn’t have been any closer to the whole reason we chose Bonaire, access to a wonderful home reef. This condo is located right next to Sand Dollar’s beach and the pier. The pier provides shade, seating, rinse tanks, showers to rinse off, etc. But the most important thing to us was the easy access the pier allowed, having stairs right into the water. We could sit on the steps to get our fins on and step right into the Bari reef. It was like stepping into an aquarium. The condo could use some updating and there was some noise during the day from the dive shop next door getting tanks ready and their compressor but none of these were issues for us and were certainly far outweighed by the location, location, location. We would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

Wonderful location for divers!!

We have stayed in Sand Dollar many times. This condo stood out for how close it was to the dive shop, and the screened porch! The photos online were accurate. Since we stayed longer than a week we changed out towels/sheets with the office. A small stand up laundry rack to put on the porch would have been handy. Overall a nice updated unit.

Beautiful and relaxing

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Bonaire!! The apt was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The location is wonderful and the view can’t be beat. Screened in porch is a godsend! My husband did notice that the noise (air compressor?) from the dive shop is constant during the day (while the shop’s open) and can be a bit annoying, but that was the only real downside (and it didn’t bother me). We loved every minute of our stay and are already dreaming of coming back!

We purchased this unit (A2) directly form the developers who invited us to this lovely place and offered one of the premium locations at this resort. We have been enjoying vacations here with friends and family ever since. Our condo is one of the most requested by repeat guests at the Sand Dollar.

We were in the right place at the right time and we were able to purchase this property during the initial devolopment stages. This second floor property has excellent views of the sea and close to restaurants, shopping and recreation.

Unit A2 is ideally located, a second floor corner unit expands the views and creates an island breeze so refreshing that most times you do not need air conditioning but if you do we have two new AC units which cool the entire condo. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular.
Sand Dollar's house reef, Bari Reef, is ranked number one in the Caribbean's top ten sites for variety of fish species and can be accessed from the beach directly in front of our unit. The island of Bonaire was recently designated by the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as having the most pristine coral reefs in the Caribbean.
You have the privacy, security and views afforded by our second floor, oceanfront site
Our friends at Bonaire Dive and Adventure which is just steps away, Dive Friends also has 5 other locations in Bonaire which you will have access to.They offer dock/pier, guest gear storage, easy access to air, free upgrades to Nitrox, free weights and belts, rinse tanks, professional instruction, boat dives and more.
Off the street guest parking just across the lawn from our unit. Traffic noise is a non-issue
Far enough from the buzz of downtown Kralendijk to enjoy peace by the sea
Convenient and adjacent to banking, Anna's Between Two Buns Café, groceries, ice cream shop, spa/fitness, shopping, Eddy's and Sunset Grill restaurants are only a short walk
