We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing accurately reflects the amenities provided, and we encourage all guests to review those details prior to booking. The property is not advertised as being directly on the lake—it’s a short walk to the waterfront and just one block behind Main Street, where the town comes alive on weekends with music and community events, especially in the summer. Many guests enjoy this vibrant atmosphere, but we understand it may not suit everyone’s preferences. Regarding the music venue, we did meet with you during your stay and addressed your concerns at that time. As for the screens, only one window had a missing screen, which was promptly replaced. Had we been informed earlier, we would have gladly addressed it during your stay. There are no raccoons on the property, and we’ve never had issues of that nature. We’re always looking to improve, and we appreciate constructive feedback. However, we also feel it’s important to share the full context so future guests can make informed decisions. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and honest experience for all who stay with us.
