This coastal colorful condo offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of space to relax.

This vacation rental includes a luxurious master en suite complete with a king-size bed, private entertainment center, garden tub, and walk-in shower. There is also a guest room and bunk room which each have its own entertainment center. The guestroom includes a queen-size bed, and the bunk room includes a set of bunk beds.

This rental has a modern open floor plan and chic style but includes true functionality in its full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Destin West Gulf 306 is your home away from home to make your dream vacation complete.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos are all alike so I knew what to expect. The appliances looked new but we had issues with the dishwasher and dryer. Maintenance was called and they reset the appliances quickly. The only real complaint was the floors were dirty; we noticed are feet where dirty after showering and then walking around the unit. The view was wonderful and the beds are comfortable. I would come back again.

The unit was filthy. It needs a deep clean. The balcony door is so hard to open we all went through the master to use it. The shower in theaster was disgusting, the tub however was very clean! Not enough shampoo and conditioner for number of guests for even one night. The listing, website, and link provided by the property managers states you can access the property before check in by going to the front desk. We did just that and were told we could pay 3 to park across the street but we were not allowed to park on the property or use any of the facilities. This was very upsetting. If the policy has changed this needs to be corrected on the link that is sent out by the property manager. Honestly this alone would give me reservations of returning.

Love Destin.. Our room not so much.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay and love the area. This is our 5th time coming and staying at the Destin West. We have stayed in other rooms that are very nice and clean. This room not so much. The condo needs some extra cleaning (especially the master bath) and upgrades. The master bath, there was BLACK mold all around the bottom of the shower door and a few other places. The blankets on the bed were stained. The carpet was so gross we would not walk on it unless we had socks on. There were stains all over the carpet and furniture. A few of the kitchen cabinets, the white front panel was coming off on a few of the drawers. The microwave had a yellow label on it saying to hold the bottom of the door when opening or closing. There was tape on the door handle of the microwave. We had issues with the small appliances. Tried to go the the front office to talk to someone about all this issues we had, but the office was close. Also when we checked in the staff that was working was not at all friendly. The staff has always been so friendly and nice. The staff that I and a few other family member's that day that checked in also said they were not friendly and felt like it was a huge inconvenience for them to check us in.. For the price you pay for these condo's you would think they would make sure things are clean and working well.Love the area and have stayed at other condos that were clean with upgrades. Will be back but not to this room unless improvements have been made.
