Welcome to Osprey 403 at DestinWest Beach and Bay Resort.

Elegant surroundings envelop you from the time you enter this 2400+ Square Foot beautiful upscale condominium. This three bedroom three bathroom condominium is located in DestinWest Beach and Bay Resort, Okaloosa Island's premier resort. Beautifully furnished with fantastic unobstructed views of the bay.

Walking through the front door of Osprey 403, you are met with a super large entry way leading you past both of the guest bedroom suites and into the open kitchen/living and dining room. Immediately you are met with views from every angle of the bay and lazy river area from multiple windows throughout which is great for natural light. This space is great for families to be able to cook or dine or watch tv or hang out on the balcony and not feel separated from anyone in the family. Plenty of room for everyone.

The Master suite, just off the living room, meets and greets you again with large windows that boast of this condo's fantastic views of the bay. Watch for boats or dolphins right from your bedroom window or walk right out to the balcony from this bedroom's personal sliding door. This suite is decorated with beautiful furnishings and decor and a comfy king sized bed. Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower, his and her sinks, water closet and closet.

Guest Bedroom #1 is large enough for 2 queen beds and plenty of space to lay out an additional air mattress or 2 if needed, but we also have a twin bed in the large closet. Plenty of room for storage as well. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with walk in shower. Guest bedroom #2 is also furnished with a queen bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower.

Destin West is home of the 700 foot lazy river with furnished floats, a private marina with boat slips available for rent ranging in size 18-32 feet long and perfect for fishing with no license needed. There is a picnic area in front of the bay with charcoal grills and tables available. Guests staying in Osprey have access to the private Osprey pool, heated in the cooler months as well as the waterfall pool and 2 hot tubs on bay side. Just across the street, you will find the beautiful Destin West private beach that Okaloosa Island/Gulf Coast is known for with white sandy beaches and beautiful clear water. Gulf side also has 2 pools for our guests to access. Gulf and Bay side condos are connected by a private pedestrian bridge that provides a safe and easy walk from one side to the other. It is usually a 7-10 minute walk across either way.

Spring Break

This condo was much larger in person and it was laid out perfectly! The view from inside and from the balcony was amazing! Fun to watch the dolphins and for a few days we could see tons of stingrays. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! Having a corner unit was a bonus because the view was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo and location

We stayed for a week. The condo was clean and appeared just as the online photos. The location was perfect for us. The hot tubs were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

As a family we really enjoy staying at Destin West because of family atmosphere and having access to pool, lazy river and ease of walking over to the beach utilizing the bridge to cross over. The condos are always inviting for our stays

Family vacation

Family gathering for my moms 80th birthday. My parents really enjoyed staying here as did the rest of the family. Lazy river was so great and beach was an easy walk across the bridge as well as some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. I would highly recommend upgrading Furniture in living area. There is not one good piece of furniture in that area to sit on. There is also no smart TVs.

Great place for family!

We were very happy with the condo and the views. It provided plenty of room for our group of 7. Good location to get to all of the major activities. The pool and lazy river were great. We will look at this location again in the future.

Great stay at Destin West

We reserved the property for a music festival at Rick's. It was the perfect location. The condo was very roomy, and well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon and the supplied linens. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Great Location and Amenities

We stayed in this property as a family of 6. Plenty of space with a fantastic outside deck. Listing was accurate and space was neat and clean. The proximity of this property to restaurants and other tourist activities was close and convenient (walking). Our kids loved the lazy river and multiple pools on property - such a treat. View of the bay was icing on the cake.

We loved staying in this clean and well stocked condo. We were on the Bayside, but we had easy access to all of the amenities the site had to offer. The large balcony with all of its furniture made for great meals, morning coffee, and reading time. The inside was spacious so that we did not feel we were tripping over each other. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Exceeding expectations

The accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Morning coffee on the huge wrap around porch gave us the perfect view of complex as well as the bay. The walkover bridge to the beach was longer than we expected but very nice to have. Very clean and furnished with everything we could possibly need for our week. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo with awesome views!

This property was huge and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable; bathrooms were clean; and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the lazy river. It was a small walk to the beach, but we enjoyed crossing the sky bridge and seeing the Gulf property. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View

Great property. The balcony was amazing for relaxing and enjoying a dinner in. The view is beautiful. This worked perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of privacy with your own rooms and bathrooms. Location to the beach was a easy walk. If you are looking to rent a boat to crab island, there is a dock right next door that does that which was very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Great Place for Family Vacation

We loved the layout of the property and the amenities. It was clean and organized and had lots of space. Wish the beds had been more comfortable. Seemed like mattresses were out dated. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Family vacation to celebrate 96th Birthday

The condo itself was a good size and provided separate bedroom space for our family. The outdoor space was fantastic offering breathtaking views of the bay! We enjoyed the sunsets as well. Our disappointments were the overall cleanliness of the condo and it was a bit dated. We initially experienced a delay in getting a response from the property manager regarding housekeeping issues but once we were able to communicate our concerns there was an appreciation for bringing our concerns forward. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were given this condo because of a problem with the one we rented. Was definitely not a let down. Almost too much room its so big. Very private and great view. High class furnished. I would rent it on purpose next time.
