Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a vacation that we will never forget, it was everything we were hoping for and more. The service and support were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The entire pool area and the lazy river were very clean and in excellent condition. We had several friends visit us and each one plans on staying at Destin West in the near future. If anyone is planning on coming to this part of Florida I would highly recommend considering Destin West as your next vacation destination. It is perfectly located, with great restaurants and family entertainment in close proximity.

Beautiful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo unit was very luxurious, well layed out and accommodated our family perfectly. The unit however was very dimly lit. It was fine during the day but in the evenings it was a problem. Also, I’ve never rented a condo that had so few towels. Kitchen had one towel and no dish rags. Each bathroom had two small bath towels and two wash clothes. Absolutely no hand towels. We had to buy paper towels for all 4 bathrooms so we could dry our hands. And lastly there were many minor things that were broken. Several lights, a blind in one of the bedrooms, and looked like the wine fridge had been removed. When paying top price for such a nice condo, you expect to not encounter such issues. With that being said, we enjoyed our vacation and we love Destin West Condos!!

The property was beautiful. The family really enjoyed the facility. Housekeeping was not the best. Several problems were detected upon arrival but management compensated us for the inconvenience and less than satisfactory cleaned upon arrival.

Loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has lots of room, it was bigger than we expected. Great views from the balcony. Will definitely book here again. Hope to see a grill added to the patio in the future! Closets have plenty of extras blankets etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for the extended weekend.

I would recommend labeling the remote to the blinds. Overall, we loved our stay and would book again!

Clean, Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this Penthouse three times now and many other condos and Penthouses in DW since 2013. This place for us has the best views and space we need for family and friends. What is lacking is kitchen pots and pans to cook. Two years ago we bought a metal skillet at Target to use and left it. That is still there and so are what we believe is the original cookwear. We cook breakfast and about half of our dinners at the at the unit. One small pot and two sizes of skillets is all they provide plus ours and lots of lids that have nothing that goes with them. Large scratches all over the bottoms so everything sticks not to mention what's leaching into the food. The grilling area is great next to the pool. So if you decide to spend that kind of money on this unit, bring your own pots and pans until they decide to replace what's there. They upgraded the outdoor furniture which was nice. The lamps in one guest bedrooms was gone and replaced with these tiny fixtures with a lightbulb. Good luck with the outlets if you need to charge. We moved things around until we found one that worked. Large kitchen, dining room table and sitting area.
