Beautifully kept through the years, the home still features original wood flooring, an original fireplace, and original hand-crafted crown modeling. Built on the grounds of the original Trustees’ Garden, this historic area of Savannah has played a significant role in Savannah’s history. First as an experimental garden, then as various military forts and Ironworks, and now as an incredible combination of beautiful venues. Are you driving into town? Trustees’ Terrace offers paid on-street parking, with spaces generally available outside the unit (easiest to use the Park Savannah app). Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Randolph & Broughton SB just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Other Things to Note:
No parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
