Guest Access:

Guests have private and full access to the entire villa, including the pool, jacuzzi, and all indoor and outdoor terraces. Staff service (two housemaids and one cook) is included during your stay, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you would like additional service hours, this can be arranged directly with the staff. For an upgraded experience, additional services are available at an extra cost, such as a professional chef, masseuse, butler, or hairstylist.



Other Things to Note:

To access the resort facilities, all guests staying in private villas must register at the Villa Owners Club upon arrival. A mandatory resort fee applies:

USD $30 per adult (ages 13 and up), per day

USD $15 per child (ages 4–12), per day

Children under 4 are free

This fee provides each guest with a resort ID, which grants access to Minitas Beach (including use of chairs and towels), discounts on activities, and personalized concierge services. Please note that certain sports facilities may have additional fees.



Booker must be over 26 years old to consider valid the reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

The villa staff (housemaids and cook) will be present during the day to assist with your needs and ensure a comfortable stay. Interaction with the hosts will be minimal, but we will be available by phone or message for any questions or to coordinate any additional services.
