Within walking distance you have the white sand beaches, the Pier, multiple oceanfront pools, dozens of amazing restaurants, movie theatre, amusement rides and 130+ other shopping, dining, and entertainment choices. Enjoy premier beachfront access with chairs/umbrella included. PRO TIP - on the Penthouse level the ELEVATORS ARRIVE EMPTY. This is huge in the summer. The penthouse means 10' ceilings and no noise above you, which is great... it feels more private. At 250' high above the beach, views across the gulf stretch for 40+ miles.

THE RESORT
-Closest resort to pier park - 3 minute walk to everything you need.
- Free beach chair service! (we pay for two chairs and 1 umbrella (March 1-October 31, you can rent more for $50/day)
- 400' of White Sand Private Calypso Beach with Luxury Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1 through October 31, set-up at 7am and taken down at 5pm each day)

- Covered parking (6' 7" ft clearance to enter the parking deck, so taller vehicles will need to use the outside parking spots around the parking deck which are first come, first serve.)
- Calypso Resort enforces a three night minimum stay and issues a maximum of 2 parking passes per booking. We are prohibited from giving you more than two parking passes.

PIER PARK is located 2.1 miles east of Splash. This 1.2 million sq. ft. retail and entertainment complex features shopping, Ferris Wheel, Dining and a 16 screen movie theater. Pier Park offers something for everyone in the family. Seaside is a short scenic drive and a great day trip. Also, close to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall in Destin. Splash is located minutes from Hwy 79, Frank Brown Sports Complex (2.5) miles, the airport (ECP) - NW Florida Beaches International Airport- 11.5 miles.

THINGS TO KNOW
***$60 registration fee PER VEHICLE (beginning in 2025). First parking pass is included in your booking. Maximum of two passes will be issued per Calypso Resort.
***We are in the EAST Tower, also known as TOWER 1, directly on the beach. Cross the bridge from the parking deck and the elevators to the LEFT.
***Please be advised, if for any unexpected/emergency/repairs and other reasons, any amenities will not be available during your stay, it is out of the owner's control and the owner is not responsible.
***Security hours will change October 31 to be 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. seven days a week thru the month of February. The Beach Chair Rental Service is not available during the winter season.

We only allow guests 25 years of age or older. The booking guest must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
