The sliding divider offers privacy between the living and sleeping areas, enhancing the overall ambiance of the home. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower equipped with a large handheld showerhead, ensuring a refreshing experience.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the expansive lanai, where you can soak in the vibrant city atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances and all the cooking tools you need, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

Ilikai Tower 1207 also features essential amenities like air conditioning + a ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, and enhanced cleaning practices for your peace of mind. Located just steps away from the beach and local attractions, this condo is the perfect base for your Hawaiian adventure.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

When you book directly with us, you can rest assured knowing we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Our condos are privately owned, and while occasional construction or maintenance may occur, please note that these activities are beyond the owners' control. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu.
