Inside, you'll find a terrific mix of sleeping arrangements - a twin bed, bunk bed, and a king bed. Enjoy the superb updated bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. Plus, there's a living room with a queen bed and an additional fold out full bed in the back porch for extra space. With WiFi, heating, AC, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and more, your stay will be amazing. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We enjoyed a great stay at this cozy cottage in early June. The location cannot be beat. It’s near the entrance to Parker River National Wildlife Refuge where we enjoyed walks, bicycling and birding. It’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach access. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and a small store. It’s a short ride into Newburyport for more restaurants, stores, art galleries and the great riverside park which incorporates the Clipper City Rail Trail. We found the cottage to be clean and comfortable. It was adequately outfitted with necessities. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again in future.

Clean little cottage close to the beach. Great communication and attention from the host! Beach is less than 5 minutes walk. Really enjoyed our stay, and would book again.

Definitely don’t hesitate to book this gem. Jeremy was so accommodating and always picked up or called back within minutes. The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and couldn’t have been more perfect.

Cozy beach house

Plum island is an amazing combination of beach fun and nature immersion. The cottage was cozy and more spacious than the pictures indicated, located a short walk away from two beach access points. The AC was also excellent, which isn’t always the case for beach rentals. This cottage is perfect for a relaxed vacation and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

My family stayed here for a few days during the summer. The cottage was a very quick walk to the beach and a half mile walk to the restaurants and shops on Main Street, and it was a very quiet spot for relaxing evenings. Beach supplies, kitchen utensils, towels, and linens were all well supplied. The remote lock on the door made the check in process incredibly easy. All communication with the owner was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location and accommodations. Steps away from amazing beach and sunset. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is your place! This home is updated with modern amenities, perfect beach vibe, air conditioning and excellent coffee choices! Communication with property manager, Jeremy, is superb. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

Jeremy's place is an excellent option for an easy, relaxing, fun, beautiful vacation. He's a quick and responsive communicator and laid back which I appreciate when I am on vacation. The house is clean and well set up, and it is so nice that linens and towels and toilet paper and dish soap and all sorts of other basics are provided. (When traveling with little kids, every little amenity like that is such a lift on my mom management.) The kitchen is stocked with enough tools for a family who enjoys cooking meals. (Extra bonus if you love this too: the pots and pans are not coated in PFAS non-stick surfaces. The kitchen supplies are high quality, and if you are a cook, you don't have to travel with your own kitchen tools. And the knives are sharp!) He has stocked the shed with great beach vacation equipment: buckets and sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas. And a real bonus were the two adult bikes in the shed to take out for early morning and sunset bike rides through the refuge. (It's a very short ride from the rental to the refuge entrance.) The walk to the beach is short and manageable with little kids. The check-in process was super easy. The check out process was minimal. (We are used to having to do much more extensive cleaning before checkout.) It's a beautiful spot, and we spent our time at the beach or on beautiful walks/bikes in the refuge. There was no need to get in the car while we were there. If we head back to this area, I would definitely rent here again.

5 minute walk to a beautiful ocean beach, which I did each day. Nice cozy updated warm and very clean winterized cottage with nice California king bed in one bedroom and a nice bunk set (queen on bottom) in the other bedroom. Living room had two comfortable sofas. Kitchen was nicely equipped but lacked inside seating (no bar stools or table). My visit was during the winter so use of a table on the front or back porch was not an option for me. Most restaurants/stores were 10-15 minutes away due to off-season. Owner was very responsive. Definitely met all my needs and I'd recommend this for an off-season getaway.

Thanks Larry!! We would love to have you back. As new owners we are always looking to improve and make upgrades (both porch windows being replaced soon and may add heat/ac to the back to help with extra space We are actively looking at some creative options for additional seating inside for the cooler months understanding not to overcrowd the space. Greatly appreciate the feedback.!!

Clean, comfy, and close to the beach! A 3 min walk and you're there! Not crowded and very nice! The town is also quiet so very relaxing! Jeremy is very attentive making sure we know all the amenities they offer like bikes, a buggy with a cooler to take your items to the beach. I can't recommend it enough!

This sweet cottage was clean, fully equipped and in the perfect spot. The beds were comfy, with nice, clean sheets. The A/C worked great! The kitchen had all we needed to fix meals. And having a parking spot was great. Our family enjoyed being there. The town of Newbury was so neat and Plum Island is certainly a great kept secret. We may come again.
