Lake Texoma offers a plethora of activities including boat rentals, scenic cruises, and horseback riding. Undock at Denison Dam approximately 20 minutes away.
Other things to note
✿❀ We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles maximum in driveway. You are also welcome to park on the street next to the house. If you have a boar or RV please advise me of that and I can let you know where to park. Please DO NOT PARK in front of neighbor's yards)

✿❀ For your safety we do have security cameras and a noise sensor near the front door. 1 camera on the garage facing the driveway. 1 camera on the back yard fence facing the back gate. 1 camera on front porch facing the front doo.r The occupancy limit of our home is 10 guests. If you are interested in using my home for such events as wedding showers, baby showers, family reunions etc...please get pre-approval prior to booking. These type of situations are considered special events by my insurance and I have to follow certain rules. There is also special rates for special events. Just contact me I am open to events.

✿❀ Guest can access their streaming services by logging in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV accounts. We do not provide login credentials for these services as part of your stay. If you log in to your account, please be sure to log out before checking out. All rooms have smart TV's and Mega Fast High Speed Internet. Lot's of choices for FREE streaming of your favorite movies or you can log in to your smart apps to view additional shows you might be in love with.

✿❀ This cozy home is nestled in a peaceful residential area with easy access to Highway 75, please note that you may hear typical neighborhood sounds such as passing cars, pets and crickets. You man also see, squirrels, possum, armadillos, skinks, raccoons, and other wild animals.

✿❀ Please note that we leave 1 bath towel and wash cloth per guest up to 8; our home is equipped with a washer and drier, laundry soap and fabric softener should you need it. Also provided in each bathroom are soft makeup removal wash clothes. Please only use these cloths for removing makeup, dirt and or grime. Then simply leave them to be washed with the towels. DO NOT throw them in the trash.
