Whether you’re moving for work, waiting on a new home, or temporarily displaced due to insurance repairs, this home offers the space, comfort, and functionality needed for a more settled stay.

House Rules: Booking confirms acceptance of rules. Guest agreement sent after booking. Must sign and verify ID to receive access info. Pets: Dogs only (max 2) with written approval. ESAs are treated as pets. Service animals must be disclosed. $40/dog/night. Deposit if 5+ nights.

You will have access to your unit only. Please don't access other units, storage room, basement or garage.

Driveway parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with additional street parking available. Note that the home includes stairs throughout. For consistent hot water, guests are asked to rotate and space out showers to allow for reheating.

Strict no-party policy; guests are requested to maintain quiet after 11 pm and respect the neighbors
Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.
Laundry: Washer and dryer in the Unit
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
