This bright and inviting Nashville Riverfront loft is designed for comfort and entertainment. Challenge friends to a game of pool, enjoy a meal at the dining table for six, or unwind in the cozy living area with a Smart TV. After a night out, retreat to a private bedroom with room-darkening shades for a restful sleep.

- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing the nearest public parking garage located at 2nd Avenue (and 3rd - sister sites) and Commerce Street, situated less than a block from Nashville Riverfront Lofts

- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

10 Stars for Nashville Riverfront Lofts! We just spent a few unforgettable nights at Nashville Riverfront Lofts – “Broadway Billiards”, and WOW… what a stay! Located right off Broadway, this spot is steps away from live music, amazing food, and that electric Nashville energy you can literally feel in your soul.The loft was a total dream — modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you could ever need (yes, even a pool table because why not?!). The hosts were incredible — super responsive and made sure every detail was perfect. If you’re heading to Music City, this is THE place to stay. Perfect location, epic vibes, and walking distance to all the honky-tonk fun.We’ll definitely be back!

Plenty of space, towels, soap, water and coffee. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Great location with easy access. Management company is very responsive.

Perfect Location

Could not be located in a better area. No parking onsite, but the garage is close by. I pulled my car in when I arrived and pulled out when we left. No need for it the entire trip. The place was beautiful and amazingly kept the sound out from the never-ending good times on Broadway.

Amazing Trip

The property was beautiful and the location was amazing. We had a slight issue with the door lock when we arrived, but the property manager was quick to respond and sent someone immediately to help us out. Highly recommend!!

Location, location, location!!!

Property was exactly as the photos showed. You are right there in the middle of the action but surprisingly it was a quiet and relaxing place to stay. We were close enough to easily walk to everything we wanted to see but were able to eat a meal or two and pregame at the property which saved some money but you're still right there in the heart of Lower Broadway

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location and a very nice condo. Suggestions for property managers: the WiFi passwords would not work. For a condo that sleeps 6, there was only enough coffee supplied for the 4 of us to have 1 cup.each.

We loved staying so close to downtown. Construction made it a little hard to find but once we found it we loved it! Highly recommend!

Perfectly Located

We stayed here for my husband's 65th birthday. The place was very clean. The security measures to enter and exit made us feel completely safe. The best part of this property is the location! It is in the middle of everything! We were in walking distance to Broadway and Printer's Alley. We would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this property!! It was located right downtown in Nashville and within walking distance of everything. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed.
