Armstrong Corset Lofts 301-Downtown Arts District

This is a historic 3 story building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years I have renovated the 3rd floor into 3 unique lofts.

It has 20' ceilings, 3 large historic windows that look over 5th Ave, & 2 skylights. There is a private rooftop deck with copper & cedar shake siding. Custom welded handrails & spiral stairs with wood treads. Original heart pine beams from the building were repurposed to make shelves. Two 65" tvs, one 50" tv, and a 12' projector screen. Stained concrete floors downstairs with red oak flooring upstairs, vintage Turkish rugs throughout, antique buffets, a record player, 2 radios with bluetooth capability. Reclaimed barn wood wall in bedroom that is over Silent FX drywall for added sound insulation. 50" round Ralph Lauren chandelier in the main area with a Visual Comfort Chandelier in the bedroom. Custom welded farm table on the roof deck.

Your loft has a private rooftop deck that only you have access to. It has hanging tea lights for a nice summertime ambience.

Literally PERFECT !!! Location was fabulous the lift was drop dead gorgeous with times of style better than the pictures (hard to imagine, right …. ) Roof top is too much fun and everything about the booking was easy breezy great communication every step of the way Will definitely recommend and will stay again if we are back in Nashville !!!

Great Couples Getaway

This place was amazing. It was clean and looked like the photos. The location was great. It was very close to Lower Broadway and a quick 5-15 minutes from every place else. It was also on top of a low-key bar that was stocked with games and had a cozy ambiance. I would definitely rent again and recommend it to others.

This place is great. The loft sits atop a great Whiskey Bar which makes for a perfect place to cap off a night out on the town. The location can't be beat and the loft is beyond clean/nice. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Location & Excellent Interior

We shared this rental with another couple, and we were impressed with the location and with the interior design and comfort features. This loft is perfect for walking to/from Broadway and the Stadium, and we loved having the interior space include a record player, full wall projector TV, and roof top deck. An amazing check in and check out…couldn’t be easier!

Perfect location

This property was amazing! Very spacious for 2 couples. ViJay our host was very accommodating. The property was in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and didn't need a car. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo in downtown Nashville. It definitely has the cool factor going on with the projection TV, artsy decor and the exposed beams, skylights and brick. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. We spent quite a bit of time on the roof patio. And we were minutes from the fun on Broadway. I highly recommend and hope to return!

What an amazing place. It made the trip magical. The location is perfect. Honestly its worth every penny. The owner is a stand up guy. I had left $700 cash & he sent it back to me. I was beyond surprised at his honesty.

This property is very nicely kept and in such a great locale to get to so many attractions in Nashville. We were able to fly in, Uber to the property, get settled and walk to many attractions, food establishments, go to the opening home hockey game etc - all within walking distance! The property owner was sensitive to our early arrival and made the property ready earlier than the expected check in time. We waited briefly at the bourbon bar downstairs. The bourbon bar is welcoming and serve some very unique, but tasty drinks! This is a must stay property!!! Thank you Vijay!!!

Great loft in a great location

Corset 301 is a super cool 2 level loft with lots character. Spacious yet cozy at the same time. Roof top deck has great views and would have loved to enjoy that outdoor space more but too chilly during our stay. Great location only 2 blocks away from Printer’s Alley and 2 blocks away from Broadway… can’t beat the location! Super convenient. The Whiskey Bar below the loft is a super cute and chill bar with a dart board and very welcoming staff. Be sure to try the espresso martini made with rye (instead of vodka) and the pickle back shot. Both so good!

Perfect accommodation not perfect parking

The place was beautiful. Very funky and perfect for our trip. We enjoyed how beautiful and cozy it was. 10/10 recommend. We would stay again. Our only drawback was parking. There was not a dedicated area. To find public parking was a difficult task especially with luggage and such. The first night our car was actually broken in to. That was concerning however it could have been woee we se. We just wish there had been a better parking option. A safer one.

Really great property!

This property is a really cool loft-style set up in a great location. Check in was definitely easy and communication with Vijay was great. There are lots of great restaurants/coffee shops very close, and it's an easy stroll down the hill to Broadway. I would definitely stay here again! Great option for a family, or like our group, 4 adults. I stayed in the downstairs master, which is very private. My adult son and his good friend slept in the second floor master, which is kind of open (not as private). My other adult son slept on the couch. Everybody was very comfortable...If you're bringing your family here, the downstairs master would be perfect for mom and dad, and the upstairs would be cool for kids. But honestly, 2 couples would be totally fine...just realize the second floor bedroom isn't completely private (visualize open loft type space). But the bathroom upstairs is phenomenal! These owners went over the top with design features. A really beautiful place.
