Really enjoyed my stay. Very clean and had everything I needed. Spent alot of time on the frontporch swing. The huge TV was a bonus.

The Carriage House was absolutely perfect for our little getaway. Julio was quick to respond to any questions & was a great host. The front area is so cute. Would stay again.

Weekend Trip

Cute cottage, hostess left delicious donuts for breakfast and there was even a washer and dryer. Would stay there again if back in the area.

Debra and Chris were wonderful guests. They were so friendly and interesting. We enjoyed getting to visit with them, as they were so conscientious, positive, and kind, leaving a special card and even decorating the Christmas tree. They left everything in absolutely great shape! We hope they come back soon and we highly recommend them to anyone!

Cute Bungalow, cute town, and great location

We stayed here while visiting friends who lived in Round Rock. It is a great value - close to walk to shops, dinner, breakfast, bars, etc. There was a cute RR Market on Saturday too. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our local friends when they have out of town guests who want to be close by. The bed was also super comfortable! Thanks!

First trip to round rock

My daughter and I stayed for first time in round rock at the carriage house. It is adorable and conveniently located. We had a great time and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient

Highly recommended, very comfortable and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants and even yoga classes. I was impressed by the attention to detail and artistic surroundings. A great place to stay while visiting round rock!

The Perfect Stay

Lisa and Joe are such great hosts who go above and beyond! Everything from location to little touches such as water and fruit bowl, etc., this was such a great stay. Downtown Round Rock is full of history, unique shopping, great restaurants and coffee shops. This will definitely be where I stay next time I’m in the area!

Secret Garden natural seclusion and charm. Though not inclusive of some amenities like pool or jacuzzi or streaming, very comfortable and peaceful. Host communication easy and accommodating. Convenient access to charming downtown Round Rock businesses and Lampost coffee shop. Easy access to I35 and Austin and other main arteries like I45 and MoPac. Highly desirable.

My sister and I stayed a few nights and we loved it. The carriage house had everything we needed, the location is walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants. All together a great experience. Will stay again if we can.

Quaint Antique Chic Great for a few nights

This Quaint Antique Chic guesthouse is Great for a few nights stay. Lots of character. Fabulous outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood. Thoughtful small amenities, like an aromatherapy mister with lavender oil nearby. While the queen bed is too soft for my taste the front room futon was firm and perfect. Terrific AC.

Round Rock Carriage House

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this sweet carriage house. It is lovely and very comfortable for two, equipped with everything you could want. We loved sitting on the front porch swing enjoying the fountain and garden lights. Bonus is the short walk to restaurants and shops in the lovely historic area. We will definitely return!

Charming & relaxing

The carriage house was perfect - exactly what I needed! Charming & with all amenities I could have wanted. The front porch/deck was great for having family over. Walking distance to shops restaurants. Lisa was great - very helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely try to stay there again when visiting Austin. Thank you Lisa!

Wonderful hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The carriage house is so well appointed, it's clear that a lot of thought and care went into setting it up. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The hospitality that Lisa & Joe showed us was top notch. I can't say enough positive things about how great the communication was and the amazing hospitality. Waking up to fresh donuts, fruit, and flowers on the porch was a real treat! We loved the location and would absolutely stay there again.

Cute and Charming

I just completed a two week stay at the Carriage House and loved it! The Carriage House is tucked away in the old Round Rock neighborhood providing easy access to the nearby food and businesses in Round Rock. The house itself is charming with lots of cute touches around the house. Lisa and Joe were fantastic hosts who were quick to respond and made the stay simple. If my travels take me back to the Austin area I will definitely consider staying at the Carriage House again.

Charming Carriage House

What a delightful place! The Carriage house was a cozy and perfectly located home. We love the neighborhood. The front porch was perfect for a morning coffee and watching the birds and hummingbirds enjoy the water feature was so fun/peaceful. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and the shower had terrific pressure. Excellent communication and all round great hosts. Will stay here again when we visit the area for sure !!! Thank you
