Beachfront Escape has a spacious bedroom with two comfortable queen beds with an additional queen murphy bed in the console in the living room. Lovely remodeled until that looks exactly like the online photos. Beach view unit; very short walk to the water. Kitchen cooking supplies more than adequate for daily cooking. Mattress was a little on the firm side. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. Carillon community is very safe and provides a lovely walk through beautiful homes. Publix and CVS are conveniently located right outside the gated community. We will keep this unit in our list of regulars.

This was my second time staying on property. We love this beautiful location and the owner is very easy to contact. They are doing some repairs to the large property and have added Pinnacle Port Grill at the pool, which is extremely convenient! My kids love this location.

Property was exactly as promoted online. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Short walk to the beach. Balcony chairs were perfect for morning coffee. Just a perfect place for our quick getaway. For you pickleball players, there is morning pickup game behind the Dunes Elementary School. 10 minutes away.

This newly remodeled unit met all our expectations. It has been elegantly decorated. New kitchen appliances and ice maker was a plus. Plenty of pantry space. stacker washer/dryer. Two sinks in the bathroom which were perfect to spread our toiletries. The patio off the sliding glass door has a beautiful ocean/beach view. Perfect for coffee in the morning or meals at lunchtime on the cozy high rise chairs and table. TV connection was easy. Bedroom had double beds which were comfortable. Access on the property and into the condo unit was easy. The adorable Carillon neighborhood at the front of the property is perfect for strolls, biking, etc.Tennis courts, two pools. We can't believe we are just finding out about this location and thrilled we did! We would love to make this an annual trip. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful Condo and Area

The condo was perfect for our group of friends. It’s located in the cutest private community and it is close to several restaurants in Rosemary. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Check-in was easy and convenient! The host was quick to respond and very kind!

Beautiful, clean and well-decorated oceanfront condo with everything we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware we needed for meals. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. It was quiet and peaceful inside, with an amazing ocean view from the living room balcony and bedroom windows. Just a 2-minute drive to Publix. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay again!

I had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the pool. The condo is conveniently located near shopping, making it easy for you to grab anything you need during your stay.The owners went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were so accommodating and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A perfect escape and reset :)

I loved this condo! It was a perfect reset for me, so beautiful, literally right on the beautiful emerald coast beach, access to two pools, and the living area is much more spacious than other one bedrooms condos I’ve been in. I really enjoyed Amavida coffee and the Hidden Lantern bookstore just 3 miles away in Rosemary Beach. I brought my standup paddle board and took it out on the inlet and it was so peaceful and there was so many fish and birds, it was gorgeous! (And if you don’t have your own, it looks like you can rent them there.) The beds and pillows and blankets were all so comfy! And Alex was so easy to communicate with. Getting in and out was no problem! And it’s behind a gate and very safe. Oh, and an Aldi and Publix are pretty much right across the street. I definitely hope to go back!!

Pinnacle Port is a condominium community located inside the neighborhood of Carillon a lovely planned community. On the other side of the condo is a Camp Helen State Park which gives us a quiet beach with a lot of natural beauty. We like to take the half mile walk up to the inlet or around the quiet neighborhood.
