Please note that this unit does not have a traditional living room, making it an ideal option for those who value private sleeping quarters and a central location.

Each bedroom features:

Sleeping Arrangements:
🛏 Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed

The two full bathrooms provide modern amenities, plenty of space, and privacy for all guests.

🎶 Plus, you’re just a short drive from Broadway’s legendary honky-tonks, The Gulch, and Vanderbilt University.

🚶‍♂️ Second-floor unit – Please note there are no elevators in the building. There are two small steps from the street to the front door and a full flight of stairs leading to the unit.

🚗 Parking: Shared parking is available in the back on a first-come, first-served basis, with ample street parking nearby.

Starter Amenities Provided
We provide a starter set of essentials for your stay, which includes:
✔ Toilet paper – 2 rolls per bathroom
✔ Paper towels – 2 rolls
✔ Cleaning sponge – 1
✔ Coffee – A handful of K-cups or a small bag of ground coffee

This stylish and well-located apartment offers a comfortable and private home base for your Nashville adventure—perfect for business travelers, weekend getaways, or extended stays.
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
