Come stay in our freshly remodeled 4 bed/3 bath house! Conveniently located to everything Lynchburg , you'll feel like you're in your home away from home. Four bedrooms are all appointed with super comfy memory foam mattresses, 2 living areas, deck, patio, & so much more! Great place for you & your family/group of friends to be together yet also have your own space. The lower level living space can be transformed into another bedroom/sleeping area with a queen sofa bed and rollaway twin bed.

Super quiet & peaceful neighborhood located 2mins to CVS, Food Lion, and highway entrance to 501/460/29. If you want easy access to get around Lynchburg , this is the perfect house!
Guests will have access to the entire house!
Our hope is that you'll feel "at home" from the moment you walk in! We just had renovations done and it's in pristine condition for you.
- 3 Queen beds, 2 Twin XL beds, 1 Queen and 1 Twin XL folding memory foam mattresses (stored in closets for you to put wherever you'd like in the house), 1 Queen pullout Sofa Bed, 1 Rollaway Twin memory foam bed and 1 XL sectional sofa
- Washer / Dryer
- Fast wifi
- (2) 65" HiDef Smart Televisions
- Great backyard for relaxing, throwing a ball, or a game of cornhole
- Deck w/ table, chairs, umbrella
- Patio w/ shade & seating
- 2 Living rooms
- Kitchen counter seating for 6
- Separate dining table / area
- 1st Floor (lower level) offers easy entry with no steps - includes living area, dining area, bedroom, and full bathroom with easy entry shower (no tub), outdoor patio, coffee bar w/ keurig
- 2nd Floor offers a fully appointed large kitchen w/ counter bar that seats 6, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, deck w/ seating/table/umbrella for 6
Security Deposit: a $500 security deposit will be required/due 24-72hrs prior to arrival to cover any damage to the property during your stay. (Deposit must be paid prior to entering the house.) It is extremely rare that we ever have to ask guests to cover costs for replacement of linens or damage to anything, as most everyone is extremely respectful and conscious of how they treat things at our property. If anything is found to be damaged or missing during the cleaning after your departure, we will reach out to you to do everything possible to figure out a solution to what happened prior to furthing holding your deposit. If you don't hear from us in these regards, the deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure. Reach out to us with any questions about this!
PET POLICY: we do not allow any pets.
SMOKING POLICY: no smoking / vaping / doing drugs anywhere on the property - not inside OR outside
-> If we find that you have violated our pet or smoke/vape/drug policies, you will be responsible to pay a $2,000 fee. We are not looking to make money on fees, however from prior guests blatantly disregarding our policies we are left with no choice. Our goal and requirement is a smoke free property!
