This property is located less than 2 miles from the Shenandoah River Public Community Entrance. There is a small pong located on the property that is also well kept for guest to enjoy and afternoon of fishing.

The property is also only about a 15 min drive to town where you can find local shops and restaurants.

We hope you enjoy your stay. Our property is located in the woods. We do treat the property regularly for pests however we do have a certain time of the year (late summer) when there are more pests outside then we may like Mother Nature to provide us. We do have the occasional stink bug swarm during the warmer months as well as ladybugs. We work very hard to keep them to a minimum, but this is part of where we live.

We also provide a hot tub on site we ask that you follow the following rules while using this amenity. There are additional instructions provided in the home at each entrance.
No glass containers or food in the hot tub
Shower before using the hot tub
Keep children supervised at all times
NO alcohol consumption in the hot tub
NO jumping or diving
NO more than 3 guest at a time in the hot tub
NO guest under 18 are to use the hot tub
Please do not add chemicals to the water as we have the water checked and serviced between each stay.
